Monchy & Alexandra were a bachata musical group from the Dominican Republic. They sang together as a duo beginning in 1998. Their first big hit was "Hoja en Blanco (song)", which they released in 1999. Since then, they had many other hits, such as "Hasta El Fin" and "Perdidos", both from their 2004 album Hasta el Fin, as well as "No Es Una Novela" from their 2006 Éxitos y Más album. They have been often credited with being instrumental in popularizing bachata music outside of the Dominican Republic.

Lunada is the eleventh studio album by Mexican recording artist Thalía. It was released through EMI Latin on 24 June 2008 worldwide. Lunada is Thalía's first album since the release of the successful El Sexto Sentido in 2005 and since the birth of her first child. It was produced by the hit-maker Emilio Estefan and was described by Thalía as an album to "enjoy the summer". The album received generally favorable reviews.

Gloriana was an American country music group founded in 2008 by Cheyenne Kimball, Rachel Reinert (vocals), and brothers Tom Gossin and Mike Gossin. Prior to the group's foundation, Kimball recorded as a solo artist. The original lineup recorded one self-titled album for Emblem/Reprise Records in 2009, which included their first chart hit, "Wild at Heart". Kimball left before the release of the band's second album A Thousand Miles Left Behind, which produced their highest-charting single, "(Kissed You) Good Night", along with the top 20 "Can't Shake You". After a third album, Three, Reinert left as well, effectively disbanding the group.
Lágrimas Cálidas is the debut studio album by Colombian recording artist Fanny Lu, released on August 8, 2006. The record contains ten tracks, most of which were composed by Jose Gaviria, and produced with Andres Munera. Musically, the album experiments with tropipop, which is composed of the genres of vallenato, merengue, and pop music. Recording for the album took place in 2004 in three cities: Miami, Bogota and Medellin. An international version of the album, containing two remixes, was released exclusively in United States, Spain and Colombia.
Soy is the second studio album by Argentine singer Lali. It was released on 20 May 2016 by Sony Music Entertainment Argentina. The album is the follow-up to her debut studio album A Bailar (2014). The album's lead single and title track "Soy" was released on 5 May 2016. It received a nomination for Best Female Pop Album at the 2017 Gardel Awards.
City Girls was an American hip hop duo consisting of Yung Miami and JT, both of whom originate from Miami, Florida. The duo signed with Quality Control Music, an imprint of Motown and Capitol Records to release their debut mixtape, Period (2018). Two months later, they garnered mainstream attention following their guest performances on Drake's 2018 single, "In My Feelings", which peaked atop the Billboard Hot 100.
Libra is the fourth studio album by Argentine singer Lali, released on 12 November 2020 by Sony Music Argentina. The singer worked with a variety of producers and co-writers on the album, including Rafael Arcaute, Tainy, Fito Páez, Camilo, Mau y Ricky, Julio Reyes, Abraham Mateo, Big One, Rec808, and JonTheProducer, among others.
