Veeramani Daasan is an Indian singer of devotional songs and cinema songs. He received Harivarasanam Award for the year 2024 from Kerala state and Devosom Board.
Earlier Veeramani Daasan had a light music troupe, Sruti Laya. But now it is devotional singing most of the way. He has sung for a couple of films too. Beginning with Ramanuja Suprabhatham, Veeramani Daasan has come out with many albums including the recent "Amman Kovil". Having sung more than 6000 songs this singer who travels extensively for concerts is at home in Kannada and Telugu devotionals too. He shot to fame with the popular devotional song "Yellam Valla Thaye". He is no way connected with Veeramani family! [1] [2]

Bhajan refers to any devotional song with a religious theme or spiritual ideas, specifically among Dharmic religions, in any language. The term bhajanam means reverence and originates from the root word bhaj, which means to revere, as in 'Bhaja Govindam' . The term bhajana also means sharing.

Paravoor Govindan Devarajan (1927–2006), popularly known as G. Devarajan or Devarajan master, was an Indian music composer and Carnatic singer. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest composers in the history of Indian film music. He scored music for more than three hundred Malayalam films, many dramas, and twenty Tamil and four Kannada movies. His collaborations with Vayalar Ramavarma produced the golden era of Malayalam film music and many of his compositions remain ever green classics in Malayalam. His music in the Tamil film Annai Velankanni has received many accolades. Devarajan received Kerala Government's Best Music Director award five times, among other honours. In 1999, he was honoured with the J. C. Daniel Award, Kerala government's highest honour for contributions to Malayalam cinema.
Malabar Gopalan Nair Sreekumar, better known as M. G. Sreekumar is an Indian playback singer, composer, music producer, television presenter and film producer, who works predominantly in Malayalam cinema. Regarded as one of the greatest singers in Indian Cinema, he has sung more than 2500 songs in various Indian languages including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and Sanskrit. He owns a music company named KMG Musics and the Saregama School of Music in Thiruvananthapuram.On October 2024 he appointed as the Director of the Music Academy of the UAE Government.
