The Veliki Krivelj mine is a large copper mine located in the east of Serbia in Bor District. Veliki Krivelj represents one of the largest copper reserve in Serbia and in the world having estimated reserves of 560.5 million tonnes of ore grading 0.33% copper. [1]

Veliki Krš

Veliki Krš is a mountain in eastern Serbia, near the city of Bor. Its highest peak Veliki krš has an elevation of 1,148 meters above sea level. Like nearby Mali Krš and Stol, it is dominated by karst formations, and they are collectively known as "Gornjanski kras". Veliki Krš has an elongated karst ridge at the top section.

Stol is a mountain in eastern Serbia, near the town of Bor. Its highest peak has an elevation of 1,156 meters above sea level. Like nearby Veliki Krš and Mali Krš, Stol has a number of pronounced karst formations. There is a mountain hut with around 35 beds, maintained by the mountaineering society "Crni vrh" from Bor.

The mine also has gold reserves amounting to 7.68 million oz and silver reserves of 56 million oz.
