Vero Beach Outlets is an outdoor outlet shopping center in Vero Beach, Florida. Opening in 1995, the 340,000 square foot outlet mall hosts 45+ stores as of 2025. The mall has been owned and operated by Simpson Organization, inc. since 2017. [4] [2]

The shopping center is located at the intersection of State Road 60 and Interstate 95. [5] Route 13 of the GoLine services the outlets. [6]

History

In 2012, Vero Fashion Outlets changed its name to Vero Beach Outlets. [7]

In 2017, the outlet mall was acquired by the Simpson Organization. [4]

In 2018, improvements for the shopping center were revealed including the addition of four restaurants and two new stores, as well as improvements to walkways. A new Design Within Reach store was planned at the site of the former VF outlet location. This would mark the first Design Within Reach location in an outlet shopping center. [8] Michael Kors opened a store at the mall in the same year. [9]

The mall’s current operating hours are 10AM to 8PM Monday to Saturday, and 11AM to 6PM on Sunday.

Future

In fall 2025, a new indoor playground, Cannon’s Cove, will open at the mall. [10]
