Victor Nuelant (born 2 March 1945) is a Belgian racing cyclist. [1] He rode in the 1970 Tour de France. [2]

The 2011 Tour de France was the 98th edition of the race. It started on 2 July at the Passage du Gois and ended on the Champs-Élysées in Paris on 24 July. The cyclists competed in 21 stages over 23 days, covering a distance of 3,430.5 kilometres (2,131.6 mi). The route entered Italy for part of two stages. The emphasis of the route was on the Alps, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the mountain range first being visited in the Tour. Cadel Evans of the BMC Racing Team won the overall general classification. Andy Schleck of Leopard Trek was second, with his brother and teammate Fränk third.
Víctor de la Parte González is a Spanish cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Euskaltel–Euskadi. He was named in the start list for the 2017 Giro d'Italia. In August 2019, he was named in the startlist for the 2019 Vuelta a España. De la Parte crashed out on stage 6 of the race, being one of four riders to abandon due to a crash.

The 2017 Vuelta a España was a three-week Grand Tour cycling stage race that took place in Spain between 19 August and 10 September 2017. The race was the 72nd edition of the Vuelta a España and the final Grand Tour of the 2017 cycling season. The race started in Nîmes, France, and finished in Madrid. It was the first time the race has started in France and only the third time it has started outside Spain, after 1997 (Portugal) and 2009 (Netherlands).
