Vikingarnas FK was a Swedish football club which was founded in 1908. The team was made up of the best players from IFK Stockholm and IFK Uppsala as well as some other IFK clubs, and also other clubs during matches in Svenska Serien. Vikingarnas FK played two matches in 1908, five matches in 1909, and before the league start of Svenska Serien in 1910, the club played seven matches, of which four were played during a tour to the Netherlands.
The club played its matches in Stockholm. They finished 6th in the first season of Svenska Serien, [1] and withdrew after having played only one match in 1911–12, the second season, due to a new rule that stated that a team may only have players from one club. The clubs that provided players for Vikingarnas FK continued to play in other competitions during the seasons, and Vikingarna never played in any other competition than the 1910 and 1911–12 seasons of Svenska Serien.
The manager of the team was Anton Johanson, one of the pioneers of Swedish football.
Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna Göteborg, commonly known as IFK Göteborg, IFK or simply Göteborg, is a Swedish professional football club based in Gothenburg. It consists of four departments, namely bowling, football, athletics and wrestling. However, the club is best known for its football department. It is the oldest football club in Sweden. The club was founded in 1887 which makes it the oldest active sports club in the country.

IFK Eskilstuna is a Swedish football club located in Eskilstuna in Södermanland County. In their early seasons IFK had a proud record as an Allsvenskan club. They now play in Division 2 Västra Svealand, which is the fourth tier of Swedish football.
Västmanland-Nerikes BK was a Swedish football club created in 1910 for the sole purpose of playing in the newly started Svenska Serien. The team was made up of the best players from Örebro BK, IFK Köping and IFK Västerås, who were selected after two test matches played before the league started. The club played its matches at Örebro IP in Örebro.

The 1920-21 season was the first time Malmö FF competed in a national division. The Swedish Football Association arranged for the best clubs in the country to play in national divisions, before 1920 only certain clubs, mostly clubs from Stockholm and Gothenburg had been able to play for the Swedish football championship which was decided by a cup form competition until the introduction of Allsvenskan in 1924. The 1920-21 season was also significant in the way that it was also Malmö FF's first season with the now iconic skyblue match kit. The club competed in Division 2 Sydsvenska Serien, finishing first and gaining promotion to Division 1 Svenska Serien Västra for the 1922–23 season.

The club have won the most league titles of any Swedish club with twenty-one, a joint record eighteen Swedish championship titles and a record fourteen national cup titles. The team competes in Allsvenskan as of the 2015 season; this is Malmö FF's 15th consecutive season in the top flight, and their 80th overall. The main rivals of the club are Helsingborgs IF, IFK Göteborg and, historically, IFK Malmö.

Carl "Ceve" Linde was a Swedish football player, manager, administrator and pioneer. He was also involved in Swedish sports in general, and was a prominent sports journalist. He played for IFK Uddevalla and IFK Göteborg during his short playing career. Linde was more successful as a sports manager and administrator, both for IFK Göteborg and the national team. He played a big part in various roles for the national team and the Swedish Football Association, for which he was inducted into the Swedish Football Hall of Fame.
