Vikram Lall (died 27 December 2020) [1] was an Indian architect and the principal architect and partner of Lall & Associates. [2]
Lall had a bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Chandigarh College of Architecture and had a master's degree in Interdisciplinary Design from the University of Cambridge. [3] [4]
He taught at several architectural schools in India and outside, and was also a Visiting Faculty at the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi. He was the founder of the non-profit organization Society for Art Appreciation and Research (SAAR). [5]
Lall died on 27 December 2020, in Brussels, Belgium from heart-related complications. While his age was not disclosed, he was noted to be in his late 50s. [3]
Lall was a design management consultant in the creation of the Indian School of Business and aided in the design of Buddha Smriti Park.[ citation needed ]

This park has been designed by Vikram Lall and developed by the Bihar Government to commemorate the 2554th birth anniversary of the Buddha. This park was inaugurated by the 14th Dalai Lama.

Muthiah Sthapati is an Indian sculptor, architect and builder of Hindu temple architecture. He is known for the design and construction of several temples in the UK and US, including the Hindu Temple of Minnesota. He is the creator of the 67.5-foot Buddha statue at Rambadagalla Vidyasagara Temple, in Sri Lanka, reported to be world's largest Buddha statue in the seated (samadhi) position. The Government of India awarded him the fourth highest civilian award of Padma Shri in 1992.
Gira Sarabhai was an Indian architect, designer, and a design pedagogue. She was born into the Sarabhai family and was the youngest of eight siblings. She is known for contributing to several industrial and educational projects in Gujarat. She was the representative of the Sarabhai Foundation, a public charitable trust. Gira, along with her brother Gautam Sarabhai were crucial in establishing and designing the academic curricula of National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad.
