A stunt is an unusual and difficult physical feat or an act requiring a special skill, performed for artistic purposes usually on television, theaters, or cinema. Stunts are a feature of many action films. Before computer generated imagery special effects, these effects were limited to the use of models, false perspective and other in-camera effects, unless the creator could find someone willing to jump from car to car or hang from the edge of a skyscraper: the stunt performer or stunt double.He is usually very skilled.

At the end of 2011, he directed the feature film Setup starring Bruce Willis. He currently owns and operates 5150Action, an action movie production, film-making and stunt equipment rental facility. Gunther directed Rogue Warfare (2019), designed to be the first in a trilogy of films.
