Viktor Shmalko (born 9 July 1990) is a Russian former road and track cyclist. He competed in the scratch event at the 2010 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. [1]

She won the bronze medal in the omnium at the 2016 Olympics and during her career was one of the strongest sprinters in the women's peloton.
