McVince Alleza "Vince" Rooi (born 13 December 1981 in Amsterdam) is a Dutch former baseball player who played professionally from 1999 to 2018. He also played on the Dutch national team in the 2009 World Baseball Classic.
Rooi played in the Minor Leagues in the Montreal Expos and Pittsburgh Pirates organizations from 1999 to 2006. [1] In 2007, he signed with the Kinheim club and played there from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, Rooi signed with the Amsterdam Pirates.

SV Amsterdam Pirates, commonly referred to as Amsterdam Pirates, is a Dutch baseball and softball organization based in Amsterdam that plays in the Honkbal Hoofdklasse. It was founded as an expansion of the football club SV Rap on 17 February 1959 by Loek Loevendie. In the first years, it was known as the RAP Pirates, but after a few years the club changed its name according to American tradition and became the Amsterdam Pirates.

Coste first played in Major League Baseball (MLB) at age 33, after twelve seasons of independent and minor league baseball. He was an analyst on Pre Game Live and Post Game Live for the Philadelphia Phillies. He won the 2022 American Association of Professional Baseball championship with the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks.
