Dizzy Mizz Lizzy is an alternative rock band from Denmark formed in 1988. The power trio consists of Tim Christensen, Martin Nielsen and Søren Friis (drums). Between 1994 and 1997, they were highly successful in Denmark and Japan and are credited for heading the 1990s rock revival in Denmark with their studio albums Dizzy Mizz Lizzy (1994) and Rotator (1996). The group disbanded in 1998, after which Christensen started a successful solo career.
Tim Christensen is a Danish singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He is both the singer, guitarist and songwriter of the Danish band Dizzy Mizz Lizzy and a solo artist who has to date released four studio albums, two EPs and two live DVDs.
Outlandish was a hip-hop music group based in Denmark. Formed in 1997, it consisted of Isam Bachiri, Waqas Ali Qadri, and Lenny Martinez. All three members are religious, with Isam and Waqas being Muslims and Lenny being Catholic. The group disbanded in 2017 as each member wanted to pursue personal projects. In 2019 band members Waqas and Lenny brought back the band as a duo while Isam continued to pursue a solo career. Outlandish has since released two singles and are currently working on a new album which is set to be released in April 2020.

He is also well known for his acts in the Danish cult show Drengene fra Angora. He is also part of pop duo De Eneste To alongside Peter Sommer.

The show has been arranged by IFPI since 1989, and was originally called IFPI-prisen ("IFPI-Award") until 1991, when it changed its name to Dansk Grammy. It was changed to its current name, Danish Music Awards in 2001, after the American Grammy Awards registered the name "Grammy" as their trademark. X Factor is the Danish version of The X Factor, a show originating in the United Kingdom and is created by talent show judge and record and TV producer Simon Cowell. Lukas Graham is a Danish pop band. The band consists of lead vocalist & multi-instrumentalist Lukas Forchhammer, bassist Magnus Larsson and drummer Mark Falgren. The band released their first album, Lukas Graham, with labels Copenhagen Records and Then We Take The World in 2012. The album peaked at number one on the Danish charts. Their second album was released in 2015 and earned international attention with singles like "Mama Said" and "7 Years", the latter of which topped the singles charts in many major music markets. The self-titled international debut album was officially released in the United States by Warner Bros. Records on 1 April 2016.
Karen Rosenberg, better known by her mononym Karen is a Danish R&B singer. She released three albums. Her debut album En til en in 2000 was produced by Saqib of Outlandish and Lasse Lindholm of Hvid Sjokolade. Her follow-up album. The album was nominated to three awards during the Danish Music Awards eventually winning Best R&B. She also became famous with "Vis mig du' min mand" taken from the album. Her follow-up album Ingen smalle steder in 2004 was produced by her boyfriend producer Vagn Luv. In 2009, she released Stiletto, but with much lesser success. the album didn't chart on the Tracklisten.

Eva Harlou returned as host for her second season. Thomas Blachman, Remee and Lina Rafn returned as judges for their respective seventh, fifth and fourth seasons.
