The Visegrad 4 Bicycle Race is a set of one day road bicycle races held annually in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The races are organized as 1.2 events on the UCI Europe Tour. [1]

Alois Kaňkovský is a Czech former professional cyclist, who rode professionally between 2006 and 2021 for the ASC Dukla Praha and Elkov–Kasper teams. At the 2007 UCI Track Cycling World Championships, he became world champion in the omnium event and also won a bronze medal in the madison.
Elkov–Kasper is a UCI Continental road bicycle racing team based in Czech Republic and participates on the UCI Europe Tour. The sponsors of the team are Elkov, an electrical company, and Kasper, a steel manufacturer. The team was one of the best cycling teams before the lifting of the Iron Curtain. The team became professional in 2000. The best known riders for the team were Alois Kaňkovský and Tomáš Bucháček. For the 2008 season the German sprinter André Schulze came from the Wiesenhof team and also Czech cyclist Ondřej Sosenka, a former World Hour Record holder, joined the team.
Marek Rutkiewicz is a Polish former road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2001 and 2020 for seven different teams. Rutkiewicz's strength was in climbing and his victories came in hilly races, including the mountains classification at the 2009 Tour de Pologne. He now works as a directeur sportif for UCI Continental team Mazowsze Serce Polski.
Kamil Gradek is a Polish racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Team Bahrain Victorious. He rode at the 2014 UCI Road World Championships. In May 2019, he was named in the startlist for the 2019 Giro d'Italia.
Michał Podlaski is a Polish racing cyclist, who most recently rode for Polish amateur team KS Pogoń Mostostal Puławy. He rode at the 2014 UCI Road World Championships.
Jiří Hochmann is a Czech former professional racing cyclist. He rode at the 2015 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.

Kamil Zieliński is a Polish professional racing cyclist, who last rode for UCI Continental team Hurom BDC Development. He wore the yellow jersey of general classification leader for one stage in the 2015 Tour de Pologne.
Erik Baška is a Slovak former road racing cyclist, who competed as a professional from 2013 to 2022. He took up cycle racing at the age of 14, initially competing as a mountain biker before branching into road racing at the suggestion of his coach Tibor Velits, uncle of racing cyclists Martin Velits and Peter Velits.

During his career, he took one professional victory – the general classification at the 2019 Belgrade–Banja Luka.
