Crayon Shin-chan, is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yoshito Usui. Crayon Shin-chan made its first appearance in 1990 in a Japanese weekly magazine called Weekly Manga Action, which was published by Futabasha. Due to the death of author Yoshito Usui, the manga in its original form ended on September 11, 2009. A new manga began in the summer of 2010 by members of Usui's team, titled New Crayon Shin-chan.

Uncle Grandpa is an American animated television series created by Peter Browngardt for Cartoon Network. It ran from September 2, 2013 to June 30, 2017. It is based on Browngardt's animated short of the same name from the unaired Cartoonstitute. Uncle Grandpa is also a spin-off of Secret Mountain Fort Awesome, which was in turn a spin-off of the Cartoonstitute short. It was produced by Cartoon Network Studios.

Crayon Shin-chan Spin-off is a spin-off series of Crayon Shin-chan. On July 14, 2016, Amazon Japan announced they would exclusively stream the spin-off, with all seasons consisting of 13 episodes of about seven minutes each.

It is the 26th film of the popular comedy manga and anime series Crayon Shin-chan. The director of this movie is Wataru Takahashi who also directed the 2014 movie Crayon Shin-chan: Serious Battle! Robot Dad Strikes Back and 2016 movie Crayon Shin-chan: Fast Asleep! Dreaming World Big Assault!. The screenplay is written by Kimiko Ueno who also wrote for the 2015 movie Crayon Shin-chan: My Moving Story! Cactus Large Attack!.
This is final Crayon Shin-chan film to feature Akiko Yajima as Shinnosuke Nohara before she retired on June 29, 2018.

<i>Super Shiro</i> 2019 television anime series

Super Shiro is a Japanese anime television series produced by Science SARU. A spin-off of the popular Crayon Shin-chan franchise, the series focuses on the adventures of Shiro, a seemingly-normal family dog who, when the Earth is threatened, secretly transforms into a canine superhero to protect the planet from nefarious villains. The series, consisting of 48 five-minute episodes, aired in Japan on the TV Asahi-affiliated streaming platforms AbemaTV and Telasa from October 2019 to September 2020, and was subsequently aired on Cartoon Network in Australia, India, and throughout Southeast Asia.
