Viva Machine is the self-titled debut album by Welsh band Viva Machine, released worldwide on 15 June 2009. [1]
The album was completed in mid-2008, with the band recording 15 A-sides, which were then whittled down to the 10 tracks that have made the album. The first single from the album, "Robotbodyrox" was released on 9 November 2008. Rock Sound magazine included "Futuristic Dracula" as a track on its free CD in the 2008 Christmas edition. "Earthquakers and Loveshakers" will be released as a free download on 15 June. [2] [3] The album's track listing was revealed on Amazon.com music, along with 30 second samples of each of the tracks. The album's second single "Earthquakers and Loveshakers", new official website, artwork, album track listing [5] and 10 track previews were revealed on 5 May 2009; the music video [6] for "Earthquakers and Loveshakers", also released on 5 May, was directed by Adam Linzey and produced and developed by New Treatment, the location used was a disused retirement home, as well as scenery created using green screening. [7] It was also revealed that if fans signed up to the bands mailing list they would receive the single as a free download on 8 June as opposed to a week later on the album's release. [8]
To complement the "Earthquakers and Loveshakers" promotional video, a 'making of' documentary was filmed on set by Richard Collins.
The album artwork and concept, an instructional manual/scrapbook for an 'imagined machine', was designed by Richard Collins and produced with Nicole Carter and Viva Machine.

Toni-Michelle Spencer of This Is Fake DIY heavily praised the record, giving it 8/10 and stating "we fell in love with Viva Machine from the outset: absolutely glorious – truly a band worth keeping your eye on", [12] Click Music's Dom Smith also rated the album highly, "let's face it, they have hooks that you can't resist and catchy lyrics you might not always understand, but that you certainly can't ignore. Believe the hype, Viva Machine are coming to rock your body right" giving it 4/5. [13] Rock Sound magazine's Mike Haydock rated the album 7/10 "they sound hugely talented and chart-bound" [14]

Disturbed is an American heavy metal band from Chicago, formed in 1994. The band includes guitarist Dan Donegan, drummer Mike Wengren, lead vocalist David Draiman and bassist John Moyer. Donegan and Wengren have been involved in the band since its inception, with Draiman replacing original lead vocalist Erich Awalt in 1996 and Moyer replacing original bassist Steve "Fuzz" Kmak in 2004.

Bullet for My Valentine, often abbreviated as BFMV, are a Welsh heavy metal band from Bridgend, formed in 1998. The band is currently composed of Matthew Tuck, Michael Paget, Jason Bowld (drums) and Jamie Mathias. Former members include Michael Thomas, Jason James and Nick Crandle; the latter were on bass. They were formed under the name Jeff Killed John and started their music career by covering songs by Metallica and Nirvana. Jeff Killed John recorded six songs which were not released; two of these tracks were reworked later in their career as Bullet for My Valentine. A change of style from that of Jeff Killed John led the band to change their name. In 2002, the band secured a five-album deal with Sony BMG. The band has stated that their music is influenced by classic metal acts such as Metallica, Iron Maiden and Slayer. The band is part of the Cardiff music scene.
The Automatic were a Welsh rock band. The band's last-known lineup was composed of Robin Hawkins on vocals, bass and synthesisers, James Frost on guitar, synthesisers, backing vocals and occasional bass, Iwan Griffiths on drums and Paul Mullen on vocals, guitar and synthesiser. Mullen joined after the departure of Alex Pennie, who provided synthesiser, percussion and vocals.

While She Sleeps are a British metalcore band from Sheffield. Formed in 2006, the group consists of vocalist Lawrence Taylor, guitarists Sean Long and Mat Welsh, bassist Aaran McKenzie and drummer Adam Savage. They are currently signed to their own label Sleeps Brothers in the UK and in collaboration with Spinefarm Records in the US and UNFD in Australia. They have released three EPs, And This Is Just the Start, Split and The North Stands for Nothing, and six studio albums, This Is the Six, Brainwashed, You Are We, So What?, Sleeps Society and Self Hell. They received the Best British Newcomer award at the Kerrang! Awards 2012. The group has maintained the same line-up since its formation, with vocalist Taylor being the only bandmate who is not an original member. Despite this, he has still appeared on every release apart from the group's first two EPs.
Paramore is the fourth studio album by the American rock band Paramore. It was released on April 5, 2013, through Fueled by Ramen as a follow-up to Brand New Eyes (2009). Recorded between April and November 2012, the album was described by the band as being a "statement" and a reintroduction of the band to the world and to themselves. It is the first album without guitarist Josh Farro, the only album without drummer Zac Farro and the final album with bassist Jeremy Davis before his departure in 2015.
