Yevgeniy Lyungin is a former Soviet racewalker who competed in the 50 kilometres race walk distance. He became his country's first winner of the event at the IAAF World Race Walking Cup in 1975.
Siv Gustavsson[nb] is a Swedish former racewalking athlete. She was the gold medallist at the 1981 IAAF World Race Walking Cup, making her the second ever female world champion in the sport.
Alberto Cruz is a Mexican former racewalker. He was a world junior champion and took a bronze medal at the 1993 IAAF World Race Walking Cup. Amongst his senior honours are gold medals from the Central American and Caribbean and Ibero-American Championships.

Anatoliy Gorshkov is a Ukrainian former racewalking athlete who competed mainly in the 20 kilometres race walk event. His best result was a bronze medal at the 1987 IAAF World Race Walking Cup, where he achieved his lifetime best of 1:20:04 hours for the 20 km walk.
Guan Ping is a female Chinese former racewalking athlete who competed in the 10 kilometres race walk. She was the gold medallist at the 1986 Asian Games, becoming the first female racewalk champion at that competition and starting China's unbeaten dominance of the Asian Games women's racewalk which extends to today.
Natalya Serbinenko is a Ukrainian former racewalker. She competed six times at the IAAF World Race Walking Cup, with her best result coming in 1983, where she was silver medallist behind Xu Yongjiu of China. With four consecutive appearances from 1981 to 1989, she was the most capped athlete for the Soviet Union ever at that competition. She represented Ukraine in her last appearance at the tournament in 1993.
Sue Cook is an Australian former racewalking athlete. She is a former world record holder in the 10 kilometres race walk and the 20 kilometres race walk. She competed six times at the IAAF World Race Walking Cup, taking bronze in 1983, and was selected for Australia for the 1987 World Championships in Athletics.
Aleksandra Grigoryeva is a Russian former racewalking athlete. She was the gold medallist at the 1985 Summer Universiade, becoming the inaugural women's walk champion at the event. She represented the Soviet Union at the 1986 European Athletics Championships.

He won two bronze medals in major international competition, coming third at the 1966 European Athletics Championships and 1967 IAAF World Race Walking Cup.
George Williams was a British racewalking athlete. A top walker of his generation, he won the bronze medal in the 20 kilometres race walk at the inaugural 1961 IAAF World Race Walking Cup. He was one of three Britons to medal at the event, the others being Ken Matthews and Don Thompson – both went on to win Olympic titles.
Åke Wilhelm Söderlund was a Swedish racewalking athlete. He competed at the 1952, 1960 and 1964 Summer Olympics with the best result of 18th place in the 20 km event in 1964.
Paolo Grecucci is an Italian former racewalking athlete. He was a five-time participant at the IAAF World Race Walking Cup and was a bronze medallist in the 50 kilometres race walk at the event in 1977.
Raymond Christopher Middleton was a British racewalker. He represented Great Britain at the 1964 Summer Olympics in the 50 kilometres race walk. He was also a six-time participant at the IAAF World Race Walking Cup between 1961 and 1973. He took silver medals at the 1963 IAAF World Race Walking Cup and 1966 British Empire and Commonwealth Games.
Britt Holmquist is a Swedish former racewalking athlete. She was twice a competitor at the IAAF World Race Walking Cup and was the bronze medallist in the first ever women's race in 1975. She was part of a Swedish medal sweep alongside Margareta Simu and Siv Gustavsson. While both Simu and Gustavsson returned to the podium at the 1977 edition, Holmquist fell back to fifth behind British opposition.
Valeriy Suntsov is a Russian former racewalking athlete who competed in the 50 kilometres race walk for the Soviet Union. He set his lifetime best of 3:42:37 hours for the event in 1985 in Saint Petersburg.
Vladimir Vladimirovich Ignatenko is a Ukrainian former Soviet sprinter who competed in the 100 metres. At the 1978 European Athletics Championships he was the bronze medallist in the 100 m and a member of the bronze medal-winning Soviet 4 × 100 metres relay team, alongside Sergey Vladimirtsev, Nikolay Kolesnikov and Aleksandr Aksinin. Ignatenko won a relay gold medal with Kolesnikov, Aksinin and Juris Silovs at the 1977 Universiade. He also represented his country in the relay at the 1979 IAAF World Cup.
