The WCPW Middleweight Championship was a professional wrestling middleweight championship in Windy City Pro Wrestling (WCPW). It was the original secondary title for the promotion before the creation of the WCPW League Championship in 1993 and its incorporation into the then newly created weight-class division as a legitimate middleweight title (211 to 240 lbs).
The inaugural champion was K.C. Knight, who defeated Mike Samson in Hebron, Indiana on April 13, 1991 to become the first WCW Middleweight Champion. Mike Anthony and Chris "Curse" Collins are tied for the record for most reigns, with two each. At 455 days, Ripper Manson's reign is the longest in the title's history. "The Golden Greek" Mike Londos's reign was the shortest in the history of the title as he lost it to Stone Manson less than 10 minutes after having won the belt. Overall, there have been 27 reigns shared between 25 wrestlers, with three vacancies, and 1 deactivation.

The WCW International World Heavyweight Championship was a professional wrestling world heavyweight championship that was contested in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) between 1993 and 1994. Although it was owned and controlled by WCW, the championship was presented as the highest accolade of "WCW International", a fictitious subsidiary. The championship was contested at WCW events and at several events in Japan under the aegis of New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW).
The NWA North American Heavyweight Championship, also known simply as the NWA North American Championship, was a professional wrestling championship created by the National Wrestling Alliance in 1994 after World Championship Wrestling withdrew from the NWA. There were various regional versions of the North American title before the creation of this all-NWA recognised North American championship. From 1998 to 2000, the title was the major championship in Music City Wrestling.
The OVW Heavyweight Championship is a professional wrestling heavyweight championship owned by the Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) promotion. The original championship was designed and created in 1997 by Reggie Parks. The title was introduced on August 17, 1997, at an OVW live event, then known as the NWA-OVW Heavyweight Championship due to OVW's relationship with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) governing body. OVW eventually parted ways with the NWA in October 2001, and the title was renamed the OVW Heavyweight Championship. OVW later became a developmental territory for the World Wrestling Entertainment organization, but their partnership eventually ceased on February 7, 2008. The title has no known weight-limit, even though it is a heavyweight championship. The title has also went through almost 3 different versions in its current twenty-four year run. With The first being made by Reggie Parks in 1997, which was then retired and vacated in early 2012. The second version would then be made by Reggie Parks and Dave Millican for OVW. The current version however was designed and created by Top Rope Belts, and ended up being used from 2012 to the present day.

The championship remained active until December 2010, when WCPW merged with the Chicago Pro Wrestling Academy to form Dynasty Sports Entertainment. The women's title has the distinction for being the "most controversial" championship in the promotion with three former champions being stripped of the title while a fourth, Dymond, abandoned the title to join a rival promotion.
