WOW! Children's Museum, formally World of Wonder, [1] is an interactive children's museum located in Lafayette, Colorado geared toward children under 12. [2] It was founded in 1996 by Lisa and Dario Attallah and in 2004 moved to Lafayette from Louisville. [3] A 2019 expansion allowed for the addition of an outdoor programming space. [4] The museum schedules designated Sensory friendly events for children with autism or sensory processing disorder, including a sensory room. [5]

In 2015, it was named among the top 25 children's museums in the United States by the Early Childhood Education Zone, [6] welcomed its millionth visitor, and was on track for its highest annual attendance. [1] [7] [8]

The complex still houses the recently closed Sports Legends Museum at Camden Yards. Drag Is Magic is a children's EP by American drag performer Nina West, released by Producer Entertainment Group on May 17, 2019 alongside her comedy and political EP John Goodman, following her departure from the eleventh season of RuPaul's Drag Race. Music videos were made for both the title track and "The Drag Alphabet", with the former serving as the EP's lead single. Nina West promoted the songs on her similarly titled 2019 World of Wonder series, Drag Is Magic with Nina West, and in 2020 during the Digital Drag Fest series. The EP peaked at number nine on Billboard's Kids Albums chart.

<i>Wow in the World</i> Childrens podcast

Wow in the World is a children's podcast hosted by children's media and audio veterans Guy Raz and Mindy Thomas. which debuted on May 17, 2017 and produced by Tinkercast, LLC, a company established by Thomas and Raz to produce children's audio., and distributed by Wondery. Initially, it was distributed by NPR as part of its efforts to invest in podcasts and digital media aimed at wider audiences, including families, as well as Guy Raz's connections to the broadcaster for producing popular shows like the TED Radio Hour and the business podcast How I Built This. Distribution was handed over to Sony Music in April of 2021, but the deal with Sony lasted very short, as Amazon-owned podcast network Wondery agreed to distribute Tinkercast assets in September the same year. The show focuses on science and technology and each episodes is about 25 minutes long. However some episodes, such as the spin-off game show Two Whats?! And a Wow!!! are 15 minutes long and other bonus episodes may run for 5-10 minutes.
