The Kerala State Film Award for Best Child Artist is an award, begun in 1969, presented annually at the Kerala State Film Awards of India for the best performance by a child actor in the Malayalam cinema. Until 1997, the awards were managed directly by the Department of Cultural Affairs of the Government of Kerala. Sudha Kongara Prasad Profesionally known as Sudha Kongara is an Indian film director and screenwriter who predominantly works in Tamil cinema. She made her directorial debut with the Telugu film Andhra Andagadu in 2008, and later directed the Tamil film Drohi. In 2016, she directed the bilingual Irudhi Suttru for which she won the Filmfare Award for Best Director – Tamil. She subsequently directed the film's Telugu remake, Guru (2017). The 49th International Film Festival of India was a film festival held from 20 to 28 November 2018 in Goa. Testimony of Ana is a short documentary film about a Gujarati woman who was branded a witch and attacked by villagers in a tribal area of Gujarat a few years ago. It was directed and produced by Sachin Dheeraj Mudigonda. The film has received several accolades including a National Film Awards for Best Non-Feature Film at the 68th National Film Awards. It was also qualified for the Oscars after winning the top prize at the International Documentary and Short Film Festival of Kerala (IDSFFK).
