Wot A Dream". After Whatevershebringswesing, Ayers assembled a new band anchored by drummer Eddie Sparrow and bassist Archie Legget and employed a more direct lyricism. The centrepiece of the album is 'Decadence', his withering portrait of Nico: "Watch her out there on display / Dancing in her sleepy way / While all her visions start to play / On the icicles of our decay / And all along the desert shore / She wanders further evermore / The only thing that's left to try / She says to live I have to die." The song was later covered by the Australian psychedelic rock band The Church on their 1999 album A Box of Birds.

Fuzz Machine is the fourth album by the guitarist/singer-songwriter Marc Ford. The album was released initially at Ford's live shows on his tour of Spain with The Steepwater Band in February 2010 and later had an online-exclusive release via Bandcamp. Fuzz Machine was recorded in fall 2007 by Ford's then band shortly after they returned from a nearly year-long tour. The album was shelved prior to its release as Ford opted to form, tour and record with The Neptune Blues Club instead.
Everything Ever Written is the eighth studio album by Scottish indie rock band Idlewild, released on 16 February 2015 on Empty Words Records. Produced by guitarist Rod Jones, the album was recorded after a lengthy hiatus, during which the future of the band was uncertain.
