Wendy Rae Fowler is an American singer and half of the experimental English rock band We Fell to Earth.
In fall of 1998, Fowler joined Earthlings? as second bassist. Immediately following, Earthlings? supported Queens of the Stone Age on a small tour of the west coast of America as well as a European tour supporting QOTSA's self-titled debut album.
Fowler, under the QOTSA-appointed pseudonym 'Wendy Ray Moan', contributed backing vocals on two songs on QOTSA's second release Rated R. She has also appeared in four of the bands' videos between 2000 and 2007.
Work with Earthlings? and QOTSA led to meeting singer/songwriter Mark Lanegan in 1998 which resulted in collaborations on Lanegan's Field Songs and Bubblegum , as well as their marriage and eventual divorce. [1]
In 2005, Fowler met Richard File (UNKLE, We Fell to Earth) at a social gathering in LA while UNKLE were in town recording their 4th album War Stories. [2] [3] The pair decided to schedule a writing session after an initial conversation revealed they had very similar influences. That first session would mark the birth of We Fell to Earth.
Alongside their debut 2009 self-titled release, tracks by the group have been featured in US dramas: "The Double" in Gossip Girl and CSI: NY and The Prisoner "Lights Out" In Numb3rs "Careful What You Wish For" in CSI: NY .
In the winter of 2010, the group composed the theme song to AMC'S The Killing from writer, executive producer, and series showrunner, Veena Sud. The show is based on the Danish television series Forbrydelsen and tells the story of the murder of a young girl in Seattle and the subsequent police investigation. [4] The show debuted with a 2 hour premiere on Sunday, April 3, 2011.
Fowler has made various appearances on American film and TV From 1996–2007. [5] One notable appearance was as the lead female dancer in Finger Eleven's video for "Paralyzer". [6]

Queens of the Stone Age is an American rock band formed in 1996 in Seattle, Washington. The band was founded by vocalist and guitarist Josh Homme, who has been the only constant member throughout multiple lineup changes. Since 2013, the lineup has consisted of Homme alongside Troy Van Leeuwen, Michael Shuman, Dean Fertita, and Jon Theodore. The band also has a large pool of contributors and collaborators. Queens of the Stone Age are known for their blues, Krautrock and electronica-influenced style of riff-oriented and rhythmic hard rock music, coupled with Homme's distinct falsetto vocals and unorthodox guitar scales.
Joshua Michael Homme is an American musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer. He is best known as the founder and only continuous member of the rock band Queens of the Stone Age, which he formed in 1996. Homme is the band's primary songwriter and mainly sings lead vocals and plays guitar. He also plays drums in the rock band Eagles of Death Metal, which he co-founded in 1998.

Mark William Lanegan was an American singer, songwriter, and poet. First becoming prominent as the lead singer for the early grunge band Screaming Trees, he was also known as a member of Queens of the Stone Age and The Gutter Twins. He released 12 solo studio albums, as well as three collaboration albums with Isobel Campbell and two with Duke Garwood. He was known for his baritone voice, which was described as being "as scratchy as a three-day beard yet as supple and pliable as moccasin leather" and has been compared to Tom Waits, Leonard Cohen, and Nick Cave.
Lullabies to Paralyze is the fourth studio album by American rock band Queens of the Stone Age, released on March 22, 2005. The album debuted at #5 on the Billboard 200, and sold 97,000 copies in America during its first week of release, eventually topping over 342,000 copies as of March, 2007 according to Nielsen Soundscan. The album has been certified gold in the UK, where it has sold over 100,000 units. It is also the band's first album to be released after bassist Nick Oliveri was fired from the band. Singer/guitarist Josh Homme and singer Mark Lanegan are the only members from the previous album, Songs for the Deaf, to play on this album and it is the first album to feature drummer Joey Castillo and guitarist Troy Van Leeuwen.

It was the first single and second track from their third album, Songs for the Deaf, and was released on November 26, 2002. Troy Van Leeuwen is an American musician and record producer. He is best known as a guitarist and multi-instrumentalist in the rock band Queens of the Stone Age, with whom he has recorded five studio albums. Joining the band in 2002, he is the second-longest-serving member of the band, after founding member Josh Homme. Van Leeuwen is also a member of the supergroup Gone Is Gone and has fronted his own projects, Enemy and Sweethead. As of 2021, Van Leeuwen is a co-producer and musical contributor to the anonymous American hardcore punk musical collective the Armed.
Christopher Allen Goss is an American record producer and musician. Best known for producing records for Kyuss and Queens of the Stone Age, he is regarded as an important figure in the development of stoner rock and desert rock genres. Goss is also the lead singer and guitarist of the hard rock band Masters of Reality.
Natalia Mikhailovna Schneiderman, known as Natasha Shneider, was a Latvian-born Russian-American musician and actress. She was most notably the keyboardist and vocalist in the band Eleven, along with her partner, bandmate Alain Johannes. Shneider contributed to tracks for Chris Cornell and Queens of the Stone Age, and together with Johannes toured with Cornell on his Euphoria Morning tour in 1999 and with Queens in 2005 on their Lullabies to Paralyze tour. She died of cancer in 2008.

Era Vulgaris is the fifth studio album by American rock band Queens of the Stone Age. Recorded from July 2006 to April 2007, it was released on July 20, 2007 in the United Kingdom and July 21 in the United States, being released on July 29 in other countries. The single "Sick, Sick, Sick" was released in May, followed by second single "3's & 7's" in early June, and third single "Make It wit Chu" in October. "Paralyzer" is a song by Canadian rock band Finger Eleven. It was released as the lead single from their fourth studio album, Them vs. You vs. Me, on March 1, 2007. The song received high airplay in both the United States and Canada, and was performed live on the March 14, 2007 episode of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and again ten months later on January 9, 2008, in a testament to the longevity of the single's success. The song has surpassed "One Thing" to be Finger Eleven's most successful single.
