The Western Athletic Conference is a high school athletic league that is part of the CIF Southern Section. [1] It is an amalgamation of the Express League and the San Joaquin League (now the Santa Cruz League).
Chaminade College Preparatory is a private Catholic preparatory school with two campuses in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, California, United States. Named after Society of Mary founder Blessed William Joseph Chaminade, Chaminade College Preparatory consists of a middle school located in Chatsworth and a high school located in West Hills. It is located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles. It is a member of the approved Secondary Schools of the University of California.
The California Interscholastic Federation-Southern Section (CIF-SS) is the governing body for high school athletics in most of Southern California and is the largest of the ten sections that comprise the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF). Its membership includes most public and private high schools in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, and central and southern Santa Barbara counties. At the start of the 2018/9 season, 13 schools from San Luis Obispo County and northern Santa Barbara County left the Southern Section to join the much smaller CIF Central Section. Teams from the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) and surrounding areas have competed in the CIF Los Angeles City Section since 1935. CIFSS's offices are located in Los Alamitos.
Oaks Christian School (OCS) is a co-educational, college-preparatory, non-denominational Christian school serving grades 5–12. Oaks Christian School is located on 25 acres (10 ha) in Westlake Village, Los Angeles County, California. The school was established in 2000. As of the 2019–20 school year, total student enrollment is approximately 1,400 students. Approximately three-quarters of these students are enrolled in high school, while the remainder comprise the middle school population.
St. Bonaventure High School is a private, Catholic, co-educational secondary school in Ventura, California, United States. This college preparatory institution was founded on the spiritual ideals of St. Francis of Assisi and the academic fervor of its namesake, St. Bonaventure. The nearby Mission San Buenaventura was founded by the Franciscan order in 1782 and was also named after Saint Bonaventure. The school's mascot, the seraph, was derived from one of the titles of Bonaventure, "Seraphic Doctor".
The CIF Los Angeles City Section (CIF-LA) is the governing body of high school athletics for public schools in the city of Los Angeles and some surrounding communities. All of these schools were once associated with the Los Angeles Unified School District. It is one of ten sections that constitute the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF).

The Pac-8 League was a high school athletic conference in California that was affiliated with the CIF Southern Section (CIF-SS). Member schools were located in San Luis Obispo and northern Santa Barbara counties. Prior to the 2014–15 school year, the conference was known as the Pac-7 League; Mission Prep High School joined as the eighth member. The Pac-8 League was dissolved in 2018 after its member schools left the CIF-SS for the CIF Central Section and formed a new conference, the Central Coast Athletic Conference, with members of the Los Padres League.
The Agape League is a high school athletic league affiliated with the CIF Southern Section. Most of its members are independent, Christian schools located in and around the High Desert region in Los Angeles County, San Bernardino and Riverside County. The Agape League plays Eight-man footballand volleyball.
The Arrowhead League is a high school athletic league that is part of the CIF Southern Section. Its member schools are located around Riverside, and include five independent schools, one public school, and the United States Bureau of Indian Education operated Sherman Indian High School.
The Coast Valley League is a high school athletic conference that is affiliated with the CIF Southern Section (CIF-SS). As of the 2020–21 school year, members are small schools located in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Kern counties. The league sponsors eight-man football.

The Tri-County Athletic Association (TCAA) is a high school athletic conference in California affiliated with the CIF Southern Section. Established in 2006, the association is an amalgamation of the Tri-Valley League and the Frontier League. The TCAA uses a system of promotion and relegation to place each school's teams, by sport and gender, into either league for a two-year period based on performance. As of the 2018–19 school year, the association is composed primarily of private schools located in Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
Mission Trail Athletic League (MTAL) was a high school athletic conference part of the CIF Central Coast Section of the California Interscholastic Federation. It comprised high schools generally around Monterey County, California, with schools from southern Santa Clara County, Santa Cruz County and one of only two high schools in San Benito County. Not all schools participated in all sports. In 2017, Mission Trail Athletic League merged with the Monterey Bay League (MBL) to create the Pacific Coast Athletic League (PCAL).
The Central Coast Athletic Association (CCAA) is a high school athletic conference in California that is affiliated with the CIF Central Section. The association was established in 2018 as the Central Coast Athletic Conference and consists of 13 schools in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties that previously were members of the CIF Southern Section and two of its constituent conferences, the Pac-8 and Los Padres leagues. The CCAA uses a system of promotion and relegation to place each school's teams, by sport and gender, into either of two leagues periodically based on performance.
Grace Brethren Jr./Sr. High School (GBHS) is a co-educational, college-preparatory Christian school in Simi Valley, California serving grades 7–12. The school is one of three campuses in Simi Valley comprising the Grace Brethren Schools, the others being an elementary school and a preschool.
