Custer County is a county in the U.S. state of Nebraska. As of the 2010 United States Census, the population was 10,939. Its county seat is Broken Bow. The county was formed in 1877 and named after General George Armstrong Custer, who was killed at the Battle of Little Bighorn.

Westerville Central High School is a public high school located in Westerville, Ohio, northeast of Columbus. It is the newest of three high schools in the Westerville City School District: it opened in the fall of 2003. It is located north of Westerville North High School.
Westerville City Schools serves Westerville, Minerva Park, Blendon Township, portions of Columbus, and other nearby rural areas. Though the district is situated in northern Franklin County, it also serves much of Genoa Township in southern Delaware County. Originally Westerville High School, it is the oldest of the three high schools in the Westerville City School District. Dedicated in 1960 as Westerville High School, it was renamed Westerville South High School in 1975 upon the opening of Westerville's second high school, Westerville North. In 2003 the school district's third high school, Westerville Central was opened. The principal of Westerville South is Mike Hinze. School colors are red and white. The school mascot is the Wildcat. Its CEEB code is 365430.
The Westerville Public Library is a public library that serves the community of Westerville, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus, Ohio. As a school district library, its geographic boundaries are defined by the Westerville City School District which straddles both Franklin County and Delaware County. The Ohio Capital Conference is a high school athletic conference located in Central Ohio. It comprises 32 public high schools located primarily in suburban Columbus, Ohio, encompassing Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, and Union counties. The league is geographically divided into four divisions of six teams each and one division of seven teams (Cardinal). Twenty-three schools compete in the OHSAA's Division I classification for football while eight schools compete in Division II. All conference members compete in the Central District postseason tournaments prior to the regional and state tournaments.
Harry Walter "Buck" Ewing was an American football player, coach of football, basketball and baseball, and college athletics administrator. He was a 1909 graduate of University of Nebraska where he played football. Ewing served as the head football coach at Morningside College (1911), South Dakota State College (1912–1917), Ohio Wesleyan University (1919–1921), Miami University (1922–1923), and Otterbein College, compiling a career college football record of 82–82–10. He was also the head basketball coach at South Dakota State, Ohio Wesleyan (1919–1920), Miami (1922–1924), and Otterbein (1942–1952), tallying a career college basketball mark of 117–111–1.
