Colorado State Highway 58 Highway in Colorado

State Highway 58 (SH 58) is a 5.627 mi (9.056 km) state highway in Jefferson County, Colorado. It begins at an at-grade intersection with US 6 and SH 93 in Golden and ends in Wheat Ridge. It is a freeway for its entire length except for its west junction, which is a signal light. The entire route is known as the Golden Freeway.

Chalk Bluff is the name of the ridge which lies between Greenhorn and Steephollow Creeks in Nevada County. It runs in a northeasterly direction for about 10 miles, and sits atop a "lead" of auriferous gravel, which intersects the fabled "Blue Lead" which runs from the San Juan Ridge through Red Dog and You Bet towards Placer County. It was also briefly the name for the mining camp that grew into the important town of Red Dog, then the name for a mining camp east of Red Dog. It received its name from the prominent chalk bluffs on the Ridge.

G Line (RTD)

The G Line, also known as the Gold Line during construction, is a Regional Transportation District (RTD) electric commuter rail line between Denver Union Station and Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Long scheduled to open in October 2016, the opening was delayed until mid-2019. The reason specified for the delay was timing issues experienced by the other commuter rail lines in the RTD system, which currently require a Federal Railroad Administration waiver to operate their grade crossings manually, and the wireless crossing system used by those lines.

Terry Tim Kunz is a former American football running back who played one season with the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the eighth round of the 1976 NFL Draft. Kunz played college football at the University of Colorado Boulder and attended Wheat Ridge High School in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. He was a member of the Oakland Raiders team that won Super Bowl XI.

Wheat Ridge/Ward is a Regional Transportation District (RTD) commuter rail station and terminus of the G Line. It opened on April 26, 2019, along with the rest of the G Line, after years of delays.
