At the beginning of his career, he starred in the title role of the Broadway musical The Tap Dance Kid and later took part in the 13th season of the British reality show I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! Ribeiro won season 19 of Dancing with the Stars with professional partner Witney Carson, then later became the co-host alongside Tyra Banks starting from season 31. Ribeiro will serve as the main host of Dancing with the Stars alongside co-host Julianne Hough beginning with season 32 in 2023.
Trekky Records is an independent record label based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The label was created in 2001 by Chapel Hill natives Martin Anderson and Will Hackney as an outlet for their friends' music. The label has since grown into a prominent musical collective, known for releasing albums in a signature 3-part format which includes a vinyl record, a compact disc, and an MP3 download.

The Linden Oak was a large white oak tree in North Bethesda, Maryland, beside the junction of Rockville Pike and Rock Creek Park's Beach Drive. In 1976, the Linden Oak was proclaimed a Maryland Bicentennial Tree because it "stood its ground, survived the American Revolution, and continues to serve an appreciative nation." In 1978, a Maryland state agency estimated that it was seeded in 1718. It died in 2022 and was removed in July 2023.
The Never is a Chapel Hill-based indie band. They have released two albums, both of which include both folk metal and R&B sensibilities. They have toured throughout the South and the East Coast of the U.S. and have performed with both Rilo Kiley and R.E.M. Many of the songs on their latest album, Antarctica, deal with environmental issues, a band trait accentuated by their use of tour vehicles that are fueled by vegetable oil and biodiesel.
Wye Oak is an American indie rock duo from Baltimore composed of Andy Stack and Jenn Wasner. Their sound has been described as "earnest folk-influenced indie rock with touches of noise and dream pop" as well as indie folk. Wasner sings lead vocals and plays electric or acoustic guitar, while Stack plays both drums and keyboards, playing the drums with his feet and right hand, and the bass line with his left hand.
Lost in the Trees was an American orchestral folk pop band from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The lineup consisted of Ari Picker (writer/vocals), Emma Nadeau, Drew Anagnost (cello), Jenavieve Varga (violin), and Mark Daumen (tuba). Lead singer Picker cites diverse influence such as Beethoven, Radiohead, Vivaldi, Neutral Milk Hotel, Saint-Saëns, and OutKast, among others. Paste Magazine described its music as "mountaintop chamber music, a happy marriage of old folk traditions and even older orchestral ones," and listed the band among "The 20 Best New Bands of 2010."
Civilian is the third studio album by indie band Wye Oak. It was released on March 8, 2011, by Merge Records in the United States and City Slang in Europe.
The 2013–2014 St. Francis Brooklyn Terriers men's basketball team represented St. Francis College during the 2013–14 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The team was coached by Glenn Braica, who was in his fourth year at the helm of the St. Francis Terriers. The Terrier's home games were played at the Generoso Pope Athletic Complex. The team has been a member of the Northeast Conference since 1981. The Terriers were selected to participate in the 2013 Maui Invitational Tournament where they won the Consolation Game of the Regional Rounds.
Brazos is the moniker of Martin McNulty Crane. Originally from Austin, Texas, Brazos gained recognition in 2009 with the self-released debut album, "Phosphorescent Blues". He and the band are currently based in Brooklyn, New York.
Jennifer Lynn Wasner is an American musician from Baltimore. Wasner is best known as one of the founding members of the band Wye Oak, along with Andy Stack. They have performed on tour with notable bands such as Bon Iver, The National and The Decemberists. Wasner has completed numerous other music projects as well, including a solo project entitled Flock of Dimes, and a collaboration called Dungeonesse with Jon Ehrens of White Life and Art Department.
Ben O'Brien is an American comedian and filmmaker from Baltimore, Maryland. They are a member of the Wham City arts collective and founding member of Wham City Comedy. They have directed videos for Adult Swim and Merge Records. They are the co-creator of the web series Showbeast (2006–2013) and they manages and performs with Wham City Comedy (2010–present). The website Brightest Young Things posted this about Wham City Comedy "...you should make a point to see them, as they’re super funny and doing DIY comedy like few others."
Big Deal Music is an American music publisher, founded in 2012 by former Chrysalis Music employees Kenny MacPherson, Jamie Cerreta and Dave Ayers. Headed by MacPherson, the trio is joined by principles Michael MacDonald, Pete Robinson and Casey Robison.
Daniel Frederick Hart is an American musician, composer and classically trained violinist. He has released music as a soloist and with his bands The Physics of Meaning and Dark Rooms. He has also toured and recorded with numerous bands, including St. Vincent, Other Lives, John Vanderslice, Swans, The Rosebuds, Annuals, Glasser, Broken Social Scene, Pattern Is Movement, Mount Moriah, The Polyphonic Spree and Sarah Jaffe. In 2012, he wrote and recorded the score for David Lowery's film Ain't Them Bodies Saints, which premiered at Sundance Film Festival in 2013. He wrote the scores for Pete's Dragon (2016), A Ghost Story (2017) and The Green Knight (2021). He lives in Los Angeles.
