William Fosse

William Fosse was an English lawyer and the member of Parliament for Great Grimsby in 1407 and 1411. [1] He served six terms as the mayor of the town. [2]

It has a population of 1,108, and has a rural agricultural landscape, although it was part of the once-thriving Somerset coalfield.
