William Webbe (died 15 April 1585) was an English politician.

Webbe was Mayor of Salisbury from 1561 to 1562. He was a Member (MP) of the Parliament of England for Salisbury in 1559. [1]

Theobalds House Stately Home/ Royal Palace

Theobalds House, located in what is now Cedars Park in the parish of Cheshunt in the English county of Hertfordshire, was a significant stately home and (later) royal palace of the 16th and early 17th centuries. Claudia Naomi Webbe is an independent British politician who is currently the Member of Parliament for Leicester East. She was elected to Parliament for the Labour Party in 2019 as the first female Member of Parliament for Leicester East. She was suspended from the party whip in September 2020 after being charged with harassment of a woman who was having an affair with Webbe's partner. She was then expelled from the Labour Party on 3 November 2021 after being convicted in October 2021. Webbe lost her appeal on 26 May 2022.
