Headed by George King who runs a panel beating shop the family consists of George, his wife Rose, three sons, two daughters and two grandchildren. Each episode contains a self contained story. It was the first drama series produced by PBL Productions. It was scheduled for 26 weeks of hour-long episodes that began on 12 July 1983 on the Nine Network. It was axed after 19 episodes. After a good start in the ratings it's figures quickly fell by the fourth episode.
Pacific Drive is an Australian television series made by Village Roadshow Pictures Television in association with New World International for the Nine Network which screened for 390 episodes from 29 January 1996 to December 1997, when it concluded it was show in reruns being in a late night timeslot for years. Other roles include Miki Mavros in the television comedy series Kick and Sonya Hyde in Hyde and Seek. Ventoura joined the recurring cast of Home and Away as Alex Neilson in 2019.
