WillowWood School is an alternative private school in Toronto, Ontario, Canada for Grades 1 through 12. It was founded in 1980 by owner/principal Joy Kurtz.

The school caters for children with learning differences, ADHD, and other learning challenges.

WillowWood has an Arts and Sports program. There are two annual presentations: the Holiday Happening in December, and the Musical in the Spring. WillowWood sports teams participate in the SSAF (Small Schools Athletic Federation) as the WillowWood Warriors.[ citation needed ]

Kenneth Grahame was a British writer born in Edinburgh, Scotland. He is most famous for The Wind in the Willows (1908), a classic of children's literature, as well as The Reluctant Dragon. Both books were later adapted for stage and film, of which A. A. Milne's Toad of Toad Hall, based on part of The Wind in the Willows, was the first. Other adaptations include Cosgrove Hall Films' The Wind in the Willows, and the Walt Disney films.
