Jaluit Atoll is a large coral atoll of 91 islands in the Pacific Ocean and forms a legislative district of the Ralik Chain of the Marshall Islands. Its total land area is 11.34 square kilometers (4.38 sq mi), and it encloses a lagoon with an area of 690 square kilometers (270 sq mi). Most of the land area is on the largest islet (motu) of Jaluit (10.4 km2). Jaluit is approximately 220 kilometers (140 mi) southwest of Majuro. Jaluit Atoll is a designated conservation area and Ramsar Wetland.

The Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site, commonly referred to as the Reagan Test Site, is a missile test range in Marshall Islands. It covers about 750,000 square miles (1,900,000 km2) and includes rocket launch sites at the Kwajalein Atoll, Wake Island, and Aur Atoll. It primarily functions as a test facility for U.S. missile defense and space research programs. The Reagan Test Site is under the command of the US Army Kwajalein Atoll, or USAKA.

Paul was known to be a close ally of president Heine. He was appointed as Minister of Finance of the Marshall Islands in January 2024.
Ota Kisino is a Marshallese politician currently serving as Minister of Health and Human Services in the cabinet of President Hilda Heine having previously served as minister of Culture and Internal Affairs. Kisino was a Mayor of Wotje during which he served as President of Marshall Islands Mayors Association.
Sherwood Tibon is a Marshallese politician serving as a senator in the Nitijela representing Majuro Atoll. First elected to Nitijela in 2015, he was the youngers member of parliament. His legislative interest focuses on climate change and the youth and has sponsored and cosponsored several bills in these areas. Before joining politics, he served as an associate administrator for Facilities and Infrastructure at the Ministry of Health. Tibon is a graduate of University of Hawaii.
Mike Halferty is a Marshallese politician and senator serving in the Nitijela elected as an independent from Arno Atoll. He was Minister of Justice from 2017 to 2018. He served as minister of Transportation and Communication during the government of President Hilda Heine. Halferty was removed from his ministerial position in June 2018 by President Heine without giving reasons for the removal but only emphasized the power vested in her by the Republic of Marshall Island Constitution to fire cabinet officials.
