The Worcester Center for Crafts, located at 25 Sagamore Road, Worcester, Massachusetts, is one of Worcester's oldest cultural institutions and was one of the first organizations of its kind in the United States. Founded in 1856 by the Worcester Employment Society, the Center provided women with the skills needed to make and sell handcrafts.

The John H. Chafee Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is a National Heritage Corridor dedicated to the history of the early American Industrial Revolution, including mill towns stretching across 24 cities and towns near the river's course in Worcester County, Massachusetts and Providence County, Rhode Island. It makes up a historical area in the Blackstone Valley and is named for the late US Senator from Rhode Island John Chafee. In 2014, the Blackstone River Valley National Historical Park was created out of a smaller portion of the National Heritage Corridor. Both units now exist as cooperative entities. The organization is headquartered at the building in Woonsocket Depot Square which is located at 1 Depot Square, Woonsocket, RI 02895.

Founded by the Catholic Sisters of Providence of Holyoke in 1893, Saint Vincent's was named after the patron saint of the Sisters' order, Saint Vincent de Paul. In 1990, the hospital merged with the Fallon Healthcare System. Vanguard Health Systems purchased the hospital in 2005. In 2021, nurses went on strike at the hospital, which by this time was owned by Tenet Healthcare.

University Park, also called Crystal Park, is a public park in the Main South neighborhood of Worcester, Massachusetts. The 13-acre (53,000 m2) park was acquired by the city from 1887 to 1889, costing nearly 62,000 dollars. It is located across Main Street from Clark University, thus the name. Warrior Arena is an ice hockey arena and practice facility in Brighton, Boston, Massachusetts. The arena is part of a larger mixed-use development being constructed by New Balance at Boston Landing that includes the headquarters of New Balance and that will also include shops, a hotel and the practice facility for both the Boston Bruins and a separate one for the Boston Celtics next door. The arena is named after New Balance's Warrior Sports brand, which is the brand New Balance uses for their hockey products.
