The International Egg Commission (IEC) was established in 1964 to establish eggs as a high-quality and readily available non-vegetarian food in the world. Currently the membership of this organization is 80. [2] The organization organized the first 'World Egg Day' in the year 1996 in Vienna, the capital of Austria, with the aim of meeting the demand for animal meat, building a healthy and talented nation and above all raising public awareness about the quality of eggs, which has since been celebrated every year on the second Friday of October. [3] Currently, 'World Egg Day' is celebrated in 40 countries around the world, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, India, etc. [4] [5]

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is a multi-unit enterprise that includes a 501(c)(6) trade association in the United States. The aim of World Standards Day is to raise awareness among regulators, industry and consumers as to the importance of standardization to the global economy.
World Blood Donor Day (WBDD) is held on June 14 each year. The event was organised for the first time in 2004, by four core international organizations: the World Health Organization, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies; the International Federation of Blood Donor Organizations (IFBDO) and the International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT) to raise awareness of the need for safe blood and blood products, and to thank blood donors for their voluntary, life-saving gifts of blood. World Blood Donor Day is one of 11 official global public health campaigns marked by the World Health Organization (WHO), along with World Health Day, World Chagas Disease Day, World Tuberculosis Day, World Immunization Week, World Patient Safety Day, World Malaria Day, World No Tobacco Day, World Hepatitis Day, World Antimicrobial Awareness Week and World AIDS Day.
