"Wrap Your Troubles in Dreams" (also known as "Wrap Your Troubles in Dreams (and Dream Your Troubles Away)") is a popular song written by Harry Barris with lyrics by Ted Koehler and Billy Moll, published in 1931.
The original 1931 popular hit recording was made by Bing Crosby with the Gus Arnheim Orchestra on March 2, 1931 for Victor Records, [1] but the song has become a standard, recorded by many other artists since. Bing Crosby recorded the song four times over his career as well as performing its film debut in the Mack Sennett short, One More Chance (1931). An outtake from one of the sessions recorded on June 9, 1939 [2] was preserved by blooper compiler Kermit Schafer in which Bing has his most famous “blowup” when he continues singing ad-lib and occasionally risqué words perfectly in tune. Imogene Coca performed this song in an episode of Your Show of Shows while dressed as a hobo; the audience reaction was so favorable that she encored her version in the last episode of the variety series, making this the only song she performed in two different episodes of Your Show of Shows.

The song was recorded by Isham Jones' Orchestra on December 21, 1923, at Brunswick Studios in New York City, and published on January 7, 1924. On January 17 in Chicago, Jones recorded another version, with Al Jolson on lead vocals. Both versions made the charts that Spring, with Jolson's peaking at number 2, and Jones' at number 5. Sophie Tucker recorded her version February 1924, released on Okeh 40054.

Bing Crosby recorded the song on three occasions. The first was with the Dorsey Brothers Orchestra recorded on January 26, 1929 for Okeh Records. The writer, Gary Giddins commenting on the session said "Best of all is "My Kinda Love," a flimsy song that he projects stirringly without a trace of the frangible crooning style." Crosby re-recorded the song a few weeks later on March 14, 1929 with a trio for Columbia Records and this was the first occasion that he would be top-billed on a record. In 1954, Crosby recorded the song again for his album Bing: A Musical Autobiography.

It was the first song written by Hoagy Carmichael for films and it was introduced by Bing Crosby in the 1936 film Anything Goes. A definitive jazz recording of the song was made by Crosby for Decca Records on November 13, 1935 with Georgie Stoll's Instrumental Trio featuring Bobby Sherwood on guitar and Joe Sullivan on piano.

"Yours Is My Heart Alone" or "You Are My Heart's Delight" is an aria from the 1929 operetta The Land of Smiles with music by Franz Lehár and the libretto by Fritz Löhner-Beda and Ludwig Herzer. It was for many years associated with the tenor Richard Tauber, for whom it was written. The aria is sung by the character of Prince Sou-Chong in act 2. An American version of the show opened on Broadway in 1946 starring Tauber but it soon closed as Tauber had throat trouble.

It was introduced in 1929 by Ruby Keeler (as Dixie Dugan) in Florenz Ziegfeld's musical Show Girl. The stage performances were accompanied by the Duke Ellington Orchestra. On the show's opening night in Boston on June 25, 1929, Keeler's husband and popular singer Al Jolson suddenly stood up from his seat in the third row and sang a chorus of the song, much to the surprise of the audience and Gershwin himself. Jolson recorded the song a few days later on July 6, 1929, and his rendition rose to number nine on the charts of the day.

I See Your Face Before Me is a popular song composed by Arthur Schwartz, with lyrics by Howard Dietz. It was introduced by Evelyn Laye and Adele Dixon in the 1937 Broadway musical Between the Devil. Two recordings of the song made the charts shortly after the show's debut: Guy Lombardo & His Royal Canadians reached number 12, and Glen Gray & The Casa Loma Orchestra made it to number 13.
