Yasmine Kherbache (born 3 April 1972) is a Belgian lawyer and politician who has been serving as a judge of the Constitutional Court since 2019. [1] From June to December 2019,she was a member of the Chamber of Representatives. [2] From 2014 to 2019,she was a member of the Flemish Parliament. [3]

R (Miller) v Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union is a United Kingdom constitutional law case decided by the United Kingdom Supreme Court on 24 January 2017,which ruled that the British Government might not initiate withdrawal from the European Union by formal notification to the Council of the European Union as prescribed by Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union without an Act of Parliament giving the government Parliament's permission to do so. From 2009 until 2018 he served as member of the Bundestag. On 22 November 2018 he was elected to the Federal Constitutional Court by the Bundestag.
