Yvette Salazar Torres (born 31 July 1979) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Ecologist Green Party of Mexico. As of 2014 she served as deputy of the LIX Legislature of the Mexican Congress as a plurinominal representative. [1] [2]

He previously served as the 50th United States Secretary of the Interior in the administration of President Barack Obama from 2009 to 2013. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously was a United States Senator from Colorado from 2005 to 2009. He and Mel Martínez (R-Florida) were the first Hispanic U.S. senators since 1977; they were joined by Bob Menendez in 2006. Prior to his election to the U.S. Senate, he served as Attorney General of Colorado from 1999 to 2005.

The Mexican National Lightweight Championship is a Mexican professional wrestling singles championship created and sanctioned by Comisión de Box y Lucha Libre Mexico D.F.. Although the Commission sanctions the title, it does not promote the events in which the title is defended. As it is a professional wrestling championship, it is not won legitimately; it is instead won via a scripted ending to a match or awarded to a wrestler because of a storyline. The official definition of the lightweight weight class in Mexico is between 63 kg (139 lb) and 70 kg (150 lb), but the weight limits for the different classes are not always strictly enforced. Since the title was brought back after being inactive for approximately four years it has been contested for in the Mini-Estrellas division exclusively. All title matches take place under two out of three falls rules as is tradition in Mexico.
The CMLL Universal Championship is an annual lucha libre tournament held by the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) since 2009. The tournament format is a "tournament of champions" with sixteen male CMLL champions participating. With the 2019 tournament CMLL has held nine tournaments in total with only two repeat winners, Último Guerrero who won in both 2009 and 2014 and El Terrible who won in 2012 and 2019.

William's younger brothers are also professional wrestlers, using the ring names Dralístico and Dragon Lee. While most luchadors portray clear heroes or villains in the ring, Rush portrays a character that straddles that divide; his in-ring actions are often chaotic or brawling, with tendencies to cheat, but he is still popular with fans.

TRT: La Máquina de la Destrucción was a Mexican Lucha Libre group, also known as a "stable" in wrestling terms, that has been active in Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) since April, 2011. The group consisted of El Texano, Rey Bucanero and Vangelis. The group was originally known as La Fuerza TRT consisting of El Terrible, Rey Bucanero and El Texano, Jr. In 2013 the group was briefly billed as Bullet Club Latinoamerica when El Terrible and Rey Bucanero teamed up with New Japan Pro-Wrestling Bullet Club member Tama Tonga. For a while Tiger was a member of the group but was kicked out in 2013. The group has always worked as Rudos and often in the main event of some of CMLL's major shows.

Eleno Salazar Flores, also known as "Pantera 6", is a Mexican convicted drug lord and former high-ranking member of the Gulf Cartel, a criminal group based in Tamaulipas, Mexico. He was a trusted enforcer of former kingpin Mario Ramírez Treviño, who appointed him the regional boss of Camargo. He helped to coordinate cocaine and marijuana shipments heading to Reynosa and Río Bravo before they were smuggled into the U.S. for further distribution. In 2014, he was arrested by federal forces in Reynosa and imprisoned in a maximum-security facility in the State of Mexico. Salazar Flores was convicted of drug trafficking in 2017 and sentenced to 20 years. He was also ordered to pay 500 days of the minimum wage in fines, totaling MXN$33,645.

The Democratic party gained the 2nd Congressional seat, gaining unitary control of New Mexico's Congressional delegation for the first time since 2018 and improving the advantage in the House delegation for New Mexico from 2–1 in favor of Democrats to 3–0.
