Zin Mar Win (born 2 January 1990) is a Burmese footballer who plays as a defender. She has been a member of the Myanmar women's national team.

The National Development Party is a minor political party in Myanmar. It was founded by Nay Zin Lat, a former political adviser to President Thein Sein, who retired from his post on 30 April 2015.
