Zion Webb (born December 22, 1998) is an American football quarterback for the Jacksonville State Gamecocks.
Webb grew up in Phenix City, Alabama and attended Central High School. He was rated a two-star recruit and committed to play college football at Jacksonville State over an offer from Georgia Southern. [1] [2]
Webb sat out for his true freshman season in 2017 and was redshirted. During the 2018 season, he made appearances in 10 games as a secondary quarterback and finished the season with throwing the ball 34 times for 444 yards, 5 touchdowns and an interception. [3] During the 2019 season, he appeared in seven games and finished the season with throwing the ball 6 times for 148 yards and a touchdown. During the 2020 season, he appeared in 12 games and was named the starting quarterback, an All-OVC First Team passer [4] and the OVC Offensive Player of the Week for three weeks. [5] He finished the season with completing 120 out of 205 passing attempts for 1,777 yards, 13 touchdowns and 8 interceptions. [3] Webb did not play for the 2021 fall season due to an injury he suffered in the spring season playoffs. During the 2022 season, he started in all 11 games of the season except for one. He finished the season with completing 111 out of 201 passing attempts for 1,737 yards, 10 touchdowns and 9 interceptions. [3] During the 2023 season, Webb was granted eligibility to play for a seventh year. [6]
Philip Michael Rivers is an American former football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 17 seasons, primarily with the Chargers franchise. He played college football for the NC State Wolfpack and was selected fourth overall in the 2004 NFL Draft by the New York Giants, who traded him to the San Diego Chargers for Eli Manning during the draft. Rivers was a member of the Chargers for 16 seasons and played his final season for the Indianapolis Colts. Since 2021, he has served as the head football coach at St. Michael Catholic High School.
John Parker Wilson is a former American football quarterback. Wilson played college football at the University of Alabama. He went undrafted during the 2009 NFL Draft before signing with the Atlanta Falcons.

Stephen Glenn Garcia is a former collegiate American football quarterback for the University of South Carolina. Garcia had a 20–14 record as a starter for the Gamecocks. He completed 7,597 passing yards including 47 touchdowns and 41 interceptions. He also rushed for 777 yards and 15 touchdowns. Garcia was suspended five times during his college career and ultimately dismissed from the football program midway through his final season of eligibility. He currently works as an independent quarterback coach in Tampa.
The 2010 Jacksonville State Gamecocks football team represented Jacksonville State University as a member of the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) during the 2010 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Led by 11th-year head coach Jack Crowe, the Gamecocks compiled an overall record of 9–3 with a mark of 6–2 in conference play, placing second in the OVC. Jacksonville played home games at Burgess–Snow Field at JSU Stadium in Jacksonville, Alabama.

Following the 2014 NFL Draft he signed with the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL) as undrafted free agent. His contract was voided prior to the season due to a failed physical.

McCarron played college football at Alabama, where he became the first quarterback to win consecutive BCS National Championship Games with victories in 2012 and 2013.
