100 Wayz is the seventh studio album by rap group Tha Dogg Pound. It was originally scheduled to be released after their 2007 release, Dogg Chit . Their sixth album, That Was Then, This Is Now was released instead. 100 Wayz was released on August 17, 2010 but Amazon.com put it up for pre-order sale three weeks earlier on July 27, 2010. [1]
After waiting almost two years to release 100 Wayz through Koch Records, Tha Dogg Pound left Koch and began working on That Was Then, This Is Now. Daz Dillinger criticized Alan Grunblatt in recent[ when? ] interviews and mixtapes, ruling out any future releases through Koch Records. However he also stated that 100 Wayz would still be coming out, but with new and unleaked material. The original singles and several tracks that were promoting the 100 Wayz album during 2008 and early 2009 were now included on That Was Then, This Is Now.
On 1 December 2009, Daz gave a preview of his new single for the 100 Wayz album, called "sky'z tha limit", which Soopafly & Daz on the productions. Daz announced there would be 16 brand new tracks on the 100 Wayz album, and it would be released in 2010 [2] [3] through major distribution, and executive produced by Snoop Dogg, as well as released through the Doggystyle Records imprint.
Daz and Kurupt stated in a 2008 interview with DubCNN, that the album will feature Krayzie Bone on a song called Money Foldin, as well as Cassidy on a remix of the Daz song I'm From The Hood. They've also done a track with Pharrell called Cheat. [4] These tracks were later moved to the album That Was Then, This Is Now.

Robin Yvette Allen, known professionally as the Lady of Rage, is an American rapper, singer and actress best known for her collaborations with several other Death Row Records artists, including Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg on the seminal albums, The Chronic and Doggystyle. The Lady of Rage has been described as "one of the most skillful female MCs" with a "mastery of flow" and "hard-core lyrics".
Delmar Drew Arnaud, known professionally as Daz Dillinger or simply Daz, is an American rapper and record producer. As a member of Death Row Records in the early 1990s, he is credited with the label in pioneering West Coast hip hop and gangsta rap for mainstream audiences. Alongside Kurupt, he formed the hip hop duo tha Dogg Pound in 1992, with whom he has released eight albums.

Don't Go 2 Sleep is a compilation EP by American rappers Makaveli and Daz Dillinger. It has eight tracks. There are two other (bootleg) versions of the EP, but the original has only eight tracks. It was released December 24, 2001, on D.P.G. Recordz. The tracks were recorded at Death Row Records between 1995–96 for Tupac's and Boot Camp Clik's project "One Nation". Later when Daz left Death Row, he stole an unknown amount of Tupac's unreleased masters, some of which can be heard on this EP. The only track left untouched by Daz is "They Don't Give a Fuck About Us", all other tracks were remixed and Daz also added himself onto tracks he originally didn't appear on, despite Dillinger marketing the EP as an original collaboration album.
Tha Doggfather is the second studio album by American rapper Snoop Dogg. It was released on November 12, 1996, by Death Row and Interscope Records. After the success of his debut album Doggystyle (1993), Snoop was arrested and charged with murder and in 1995, spent time preparing for the case that went to trial. On February 20, 1996, he was cleared of all charges and began working on his second album without Dr. Dre providing work as a record producer. This was Snoop's final album on Death Row until 2022, when he acquired the rights to the Death Row trademarks from MNRK Music Group, releasing BODR the same year. This would also be his last album under the moniker Snoop Doggy Dogg before it was shorted to Snoop Dogg. Recording sessions took place from February 1996 to October 1996, with Suge Knight as the executive producer on the album, alongside the additional production from several record producers such as DJ Pooh, Daz Dillinger, Soopafly and L.T. Hutton; as well as guest appearances from Charlie Wilson, Kurupt, Tray Dee and Warren G, among others.
Farid Karam Nassar, better known by his stage name Fredwreck, is a Grammy Award-winning American hip hop recording artist, DJ and record producer. He got his big break when he became a producer for Dr. Dre's newly founded record label Aftermath Entertainment, and then went on to work with Snoop Dogg's record label Dogghouse Records and became a known producer on Tha Dogg Pound-affiliated material. During this time he also was a producer for Snoop Doggs track: Riders on the storm Ft The Doors on EA's Need for Speed Underground 2. He has produced tracks from Kurupt's Tha Streetz Iz a Mutha and most of his next release, Space Boogie: Smoke Oddessey; both released during the period the rapper had left Death Row Records. He has also produced for other hip-hop and pop artists such as Eminem, Britney Spears, Ice Cube, Westside Connection, Lil' Kim, Hilary Duff, Xzibit, The Game, Nate Dogg, Everlast, Cypress Hill, 50 Cent, Mobb Deep, as well as non-US acts such as Dizzie Rascal, Tamer Hosny, Qusai Kheder and Karl Wolf.
"What Would You Do" is the debut single from Death Row Records duo Tha Dogg Pound, released in 1995 as a double A-side, paired with Nate Dogg's "One More Day". The single was released from the soundtrack Murder Was the Case alongside songs by Snoop Doggy Dogg, DJ Quik, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Sam Sneed and other Death Row-affiliated artists. The song also appears on the Natural Born Killers soundtrack and the soundtrack for Entourage, and is the only song from that soundtrack which does not appear in the movie Natural Born Killers.
"Doggy Dogg World" is the third and final single from American rapper Snoop Doggy Dogg's debut album, Doggystyle (1993). It is the first European-only release with an American video TV-play. It features 1970s-era classic R&B and soul group The Dramatics, with guest rap verses from Kurupt and Daz Dillinger.

The album did not reach the Billboard 200, however it peaked at number 82 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and number 28 on the Independent Albums charts in the United States.

Recordz/Fontana Distribution, while had been initially scheduled for an April or May release. Production was handled by Ivan Johnson, Soopafly, Lil' Ronnie, Salam Wreck, Swizz Beatz, and Daz himself, who also served as executive producer. It features guest appearances from Keak da Sneak, Krayzie Bone, Kurupt, Manish Man, Nicole Wray, Obie Trice, Snoop Dogg, Soopafly, Swizz Beatz, Tyrese and Big Von. The album peaked at number 38 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, number 17 on the Top Rap Albums and number 46 on the Independent Albums charts in the United States with 2,132 copies sold in its first week. It was preceded by the only single "Dip Drop Stop Dip".

Production was handled by Ivan Johnson, Tha Chill, and Daz himself, who also served as executive producer. It features guest appearances from Cricet, Crystal, Ice Cube, Kurupt, Lee Majors, Mac Shawn, Sly Boogy, Snoop Dogg, Soopafly, Tony Terry and WC.
