"She's the One" is a song by British rock band World Party. It was written and produced by Karl Wallinger for World Party's fourth studio album, Egyptology (1997). The song won an Ivor Novello Award in 1997. It was featured in the 1997 movie, The Matchmaker, and the 1998 movie, The Big Hit. World Party performed the song live on British TV show, Later... with Jools Holland in 1998. Robbie Williams recorded a cover of the song in 1998, which reached number one in the UK Singles Chart.
"1, 2 Step" is a song recorded by American singer Ciara featuring American rapper Missy Elliott for Ciara's debut album, Goodies. Written by Ciara and Missy Elliott and produced by Jazze Pha, it was released as the album's second single in 2004 in the United States and the second quarter of 2005 internationally. It peaked within the top ten of the charts in several countries worldwide, including Germany, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The song is heavily inspired by 1980s electro music production. Throughout the song, Ciara gives a description of how the song's beat feels as she exhorts party-goers to dance to the music. "1, 2 Step" was ranked 59th on Billboard's Top 100 Songs of the 2000s. In the United States, the song peaked at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 and stayed there for seven weeks.
A CD single is a music single in the form of a compact disc. The standard in the Red Book for the term CD single is an 8 cm CD. It now refers to any single recorded onto a CD of any size, particularly the CD5, or 5-inch CD single. The format was introduced in the mid-1980s but did not gain its place in the market until the early 1990s. With the rise in digital downloads in the early 2010s, sales of CD singles have decreased.

No Cigar is an EP by the Swedish punk rock band Millencolin, released on May 8, 2001 by Burning Heart Records in Sweden, Epitaph Records in North America, and Shock Records in Australia. It appears as the opening track from their fourth album Pennybridge Pioneers (2000), where the track originated, and the EP itself is an extended single release. The North American release includes "No Cigar" as well as the tracks from the album's other two singles, "Penguins & Polarbears" and "Fox". In Australia, "No Cigar" was released as an enhanced CD single including the band's songs from their split EP with Midtown as well as four videos. "No Cigar" was also featured on the soundtrack to the video game, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 and the game's HD re-release Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD.

The NRW Trophy is an annual international figure skating competition organized by the Skating Union of North Rhine-Westphalia and since 2007, it has been sanctioned by the Deutsche Eislauf Union and the International Skating Union. It is held every autumn at Westfalenhallen in Dortmund, Germany. Medals are awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. The competition is held in two parts. The Ice Dance Trophy is held for ice dancing levels pre-novice to senior in early November. The Figure Skating Trophy is held for singles and pairs skating levels novice to senior in late November or early December.

The compulsory dance (CD), now called the pattern dance, is a part of the figure skating segment of ice dance competitions in which all the couples or solo dancers perform the same standardized steps and holds to music of a specified tempo and genre. One or more compulsory dances were usually skated as the first phase of ice dancing competitions. The 2009–10 season was the final season in which the segment was included in International Skating Union (ISU) junior and senior level competition. In June 2010, the ISU replaced the name "compulsory dance" with "pattern dance" for ice dance, and merged it into the short dance (SD) beginning in the 2010–11 figure skating season.
