Ramon Gaspar Henderson is a former bullpen coach for the Philadelphia Phillies of Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1998 to 2008. In 2008, he was given a coaching position with the Rookie-level Clearwater Phillies. At the end of the 2009, he was released from the Phillies organization. However, in November 2012, he was rehired as a coach for the GCL Phillies. Henderson also played minor league baseball as an infielder in the Phillies organization from 1982 until 1989.
