Cleo Lemon, Jr. is a former American football quarterback in the National Football League and Canadian Football League. He most recently played for the Toronto Argonauts. He was signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2002. He played college football at Arkansas State.

Kerwin Douglas Bell is an American football coach and former player who is currently an offensive analyst for the Florida Gators football team. Bell was born in the North Central Florida town of Live Oak and was a star high school football quarterback at Lafayette County High School in nearby Mayo, Florida. Bell did not attract the attention of top college football programs while playing at the small high school, so he decided to attend the University of Florida in nearby Gainesville and joined the Gators as a walk-on.

Jeff Ladd Novak is a former American football offensive lineman who played professionally in the World League of American Football and the National Football League. Novak was born in Arlington Heights, Illinois and considers his city of upbringing to be Clear Lake City outside Houston, Texas. He went to Clear Lake High School and he graduated from Texas State University in 1990.

Anthony Dewayne McDaniel is an American football defensive tackle who is currently a free agent. He was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2006. He played college football at Tennessee. McDaniel has also played for the Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Seattle Seahawks, New Orleans Saints, and San Francisco 49ers.

Tony Sparano American football coach

Anthony Joseph Sparano III was an American football coach. He served as the head coach of the Miami Dolphins and Oakland Raiders of the National Football League (NFL) and is the only NFL head coach to have led a team to the playoffs the year following a one-win season, and only the second to conduct a ten-game turnaround, both of which he accomplished in his first season with the Dolphins. He was fired by the Dolphins in December 2011 after a 4-9 start to the season, Sparano's worst start in his four-year tenure with the Dolphins.

The 1999 Miami Dolphins season was the team's 34th campaign, and 30th in the National Football League. It was the 17th and final season for Dolphins quarterback Dan Marino. Although they made the second wild card spot with a 9–7 record, and managed to upset the Seattle Seahawks 20–17 in the Wild Card Game, they were humiliated and decimated by the Jacksonville Jaguars 7–62 in the Divisional round, the most lopsided playoff game of the Super Bowl era.

The Jacksonville Dolphins are the intercollegiate athletics teams that represent Jacksonville University, located in Jacksonville, Florida. The Dolphins participate in NCAA Division I athletics, and are primarily members of the Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN). Some teams in sports that are not sponsored by the A-Sun play in other conferences. The men's lacrosse team is a member of the Southern Conference, and the men's and women's rowing teams are in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

The 2010 Jacksonville Dolphins football team represented Jacksonville University in the 2010 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Dolphins were led by fourth-year head coach Kerwin Bell and played their home games at D. B. Milne Field. They were a member of the Pioneer Football League. They finished the season 10–1, 8–0 in PFL play to finish tied for first place. They won their second PFL Championship in school history.

The 2014 Jacksonville Dolphins football team represented Jacksonville University in the 2014 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by eighth-year head coach Kerwin Bell and played their home games at D. B. Milne Field. They were a member of the Pioneer Football League. They finished the season 9–2, 7–1 in PFL play. The 7–1 record would have been good enough to claim a share of the PFL title. However, Jacksonville withdrew from contention for the PFL title and the FCS Playoffs as a result of its internal review of compliance matters regarding the PFL’s financial aid rules.

SirVincent Rogers is a Canadian football offensive lineman for the Edmonton Football Team of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at the University of Houston and attended Jasper High School in Jasper, Texas. He has also been a member of the Miami Dolphins, Hartford Colonials, Arizona Rattlers, Las Vegas Locomotives, Jacksonville Sharks, and Toronto Argonauts.

The 2015 Jacksonville Dolphins football team represented Jacksonville University in the 2015 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by ninth-year head coach Kerwin Bell and played their home games at D. B. Milne Field. They were a member of the Pioneer Football League. They finished the season 9–2, 6–2 in PFL play. However, due to PFL rules violations, their official conference record was 0–0 and did not occupy a place in the conference standings.

The 2018 Jacksonville Dolphins football team represented Jacksonville University in the 2018 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by third-year head coach Ian Shields and played their home games at D. B. Milne Field. They were members of the Pioneer Football League (PFL). they finished the season 2–8, 1–7 in PFL play to finish in last place.

The 2019 Jacksonville Dolphins football team represented Jacksonville University in the 2019 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by fourth-year head coach Ian Shields and played their home games at D. B. Milne Field. They were members of the Pioneer Football League (PFL). On December 3, 2019, Jacksonville University announced the discontinuation of the football program, making 2019 the final season of Dolphins football.
