The Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong is a pro-Beijing conservative political party established in 1992 in Hong Kong. Chaired by Starry Lee, it is currently the largest party in the Legislative Council and the District Councils, commanding 13 seats and 118 seats respectively.

Wu Chi-wai, MH is a Hong Kong politician. He is the current chairman of Democratic Party since 2016 and a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong for Kowloon East constituency since 2012. He has also been a member of Wong Tai Sin District Council since 1999 and member of the Urban Council from 1995 to 1999.
