Adil Serdar Saçan was a Turkish police chief who oversaw numerous high-profile investigations. He supervised the Istanbul police force's Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Department, which he established in 1998.
Kadir Mısıroğlu (1933–2019) was a Turkish writer, publisher and conspiracy theorist. He was known for his staunch opposition to the early Kemalist regime of Turkey and advocating the restoration of the caliphate. Mısıroğlu's claims include that Joseph Stalin ordered his army to read the Quran on the sands against the Nazis, William Shakespeare being a secret Muslim, and that Karl Marx's Das Kapital was dictated by demons. He penned over 50 books, which include non-fiction, fiction, and poems. His works have been criticized for their approach, awareness and bias.
Semahat Sevim Arsel is a Turkish billionaire businesswoman. She is a director of Koç Holding, the largest industrial conglomerate in Turkey, and the eldest child of its founder, Vehbi Koç (1901–1996). She owns 6.15% of the family business. As of August 2022, her net worth was estimated at US$1.6 billion.
The Turkey Wealth Fund is a $33 billion sovereign wealth fund founded in August 2016 owned by Government of Turkey. The fund is operated with "Strategic Investment Plan", which was approved by the Cabinet. Companies and assets formerly owned by state institutions, shall be eligible to be transferred to the fund and sub-funds shall be able to created if viewed appropriate.
Korkut Özal was a Turkish engineer and politician. He was the brother of Turkish President Turgut Özal and Yusuf Bozkurt Özal. His cause of death in 2016 are respiratory and circulatory failure.

The Nation Alliance, abbreviated as NATION, was an electoral and political alliance in Turkey, made up of six opposition parties to contest the 2023 Turkish general election against its main rival, the People's Alliance. Originally established prior to the country's 2018 general election, the alliance had consisted of four opposition parties across the political spectrum, which had found common ground on withstanding Turkey's newly established presidential system. The alliance dissolved in 1 June 2023 following its decisive defeat in the 2023 elections, after Good Party's announcement that they were no longer a part of it.
