90 Day Men is an American progressive rock band formed in 1995 in St. Louis, Missouri, United States, and later based in Chicago, Illinois. Their name is a slang term used by police officers to refer to prison inmates who are due to undergo psychiatric examination. [1]
The group began as an early post-hardcore band, similar to Louisville, Kentucky, groups such as Slint and June of 44. Formed as a trio in 1995 by Brian Case, Cayce Key and Chandler McWilliams, it released its first 7" single in 1996 entitled, "Taking Apart the Vessel".
Robert Lowe joined the group in 1997 on trumpet and vocals but later moved to bass guitar when McWilliams departed. Their first recording with this line-up was the 7" single, "If You Can Bake a Cake, You Can Build a Bomb", in 1997, followed by an EP on Temporary Residence in 1998. In late 1998, they signed with Southern Records, who released their first full-length album, entitled (It (Is) It) Critical Band, in 2000. By this time, the keyboard player Andy Lansangan had joined the group. Two further LPs followed, To Everybody in 2002 and Panda Park in 2004, which was the subject of significant critical acclaim. In 2005, Lowe embarked a solo project called Lichens, [2] and released solo material under the name Robert A. A. Lowe. [3]
The guitarist, Brian Case, played in the Chicago garage rock band The Ponys, Disappears [4] and currently in a project called Facs. [5]
As of 2021 [update] , drummer Cayce Key plays in Bloodiest. [6]
In 2023 the Numero Group announced that it had procured rights to the back catalog from Southern, and released all albums to Streaming Platforms. They also confirmed that a Box Set would be released in the summer of 2024.

The Rapture is an American rock band from New York City, formed in 1998. The band currently consists of Luke Jenner, Vito Roccoforte, and Gabriel Andruzzi. The classic lineup (1999-2009) added Mattie Safer playing bass and sharing lead vocal duties with Jenner. Safer and Jenner's harmonized choruses became part of the signature sound of the band, featuring on several of the band’s more well known songs.

Gerald Vincent "Jerry" Casale is an American musician. He came to prominence in the late 1970s as co-founder, co-lead vocalist, and bass player of the new wave band Devo, which released a top 20 hit in 1980 with the single "Whip It". Casale is the main lyricist and one of the main composers of Devo's music and directed most of Devo's music videos. He is one of only two members who have been with Devo throughout its entire history. Casale's brother Bob also performed with the band.

DNCE is an American dance-rock band consisting of lead singer Joe Jonas, drummer Jack Lawless, and guitarist JinJoo Lee. Bassist and keyboardist Cole Whittle was a part of the band from when it started in 2015 to when it went on hiatus in 2018. DNCE's music is mainly dance-rock, dance-pop, pop rock, and funk-pop. The band signed with Republic Records, who released their debut single, "Cake by the Ocean", which was released on September 18, 2015. The song reached the top 10 on several charts, including on the US Billboard Hot 100, where it peaked at number nine. Their debut extended play (EP), Swaay, was released on October 23, 2015. Their self-titled debut studio album was released on November 18, 2016. Their second EP, People to People, was released on June 15, 2018. They were also nominated for Favorite New Artist for the 2016 Kids' Choice Awards and Best Song to Lip Sync and Best Anthem for the 2016 Radio Disney Music Awards. The group performed at the 2017 Fashion Meets Music Festival. In February 2022, DNCE returned after their hiatus with a collaboration with Kygo titled "Dancing Feet".
