Edward Adam Senn (born April 10, 1984) is an American model, actor, and restaurateur. He is known for playing Zero, a professional basketball player, on VH1's Hit the Floor from 2014 to 2016.

Early life

Senn was born in Paris, France, and grew up in Sugar Land, Texas, a suburb of Houston. He studied theater as a child and throughout high school. After high school Senn moved to New York City, where he attended Atlantic Theater, while working for fashion brands like Tom Ford and Gucci.[ citation needed ]

Career

Since 2002, Senn has modeled consistently for Gucci, Tom Ford, Versace, Dsquared, Tommy Hillfiger, Nautica. Dolce & Gabbana in lookbooks, campaign ads, and fashion shows. [2] [4] [5] [6] [7] He also became the face for their new One Sport fragrance campaign. [8] Other fashion campaigns and editorials for 2012 included Express, photographed by Greg Kadel, Mavi Jeans campaign, snapped by Mariano Vivanco, and Blanco Suitebalanco. He covered the S/S 2012 Vogue Hombre and shot an editorial for Panorama magazines. According to Models.com, Senn was ranked #16 of "The Money Guys" for 2012.[ citation needed ]

Senn had a lead role in the 2011 movie Video Girl, costarring Meagan Good. [9]

Senn portrayed bisexual basketball player Zero in VH1's Hit the Floor for two seasons, from 2014 to 2016. [10] [11] In 2023, he starred as Coby Mason in A Cowboy Christmas Romance, which featured the first sex scene to be included in a Lifetime holiday movie. [12] [13]

Senn co-owns a restaurant named Bocca di Bacco in New York City. [14]

Hit the Floor, originally titled Bounce, is an American sports drama television series that debuted on VH1 on May 27, 2013. Created by James LaRosa, the series chronicles the off-the-court drama surrounding the Los Angeles Devil Girls, the cheerleaders for the Los Angeles Devils, a fictional professional basketball team. On April 27, 2017, the series was renewed for an eight-episode fourth season that premiered on BET on July 10, 2018. The network canceled the series on December 7, 2018.

Jude Kinkade and Zero are fictional characters from the VH1 series Hit the Floor, which chronicles the off-the-court drama surrounding a fictional professional basketball team, the Los Angeles Devils. Introduced in the 2014 season two premiere episode "Game Changer", Zero is a devious new addition to the Devils from a rival Ohio team, and Jude is the junior agent assigned to him. Jude is also the estranged son of the Devils' unscrupulous owner, Oscar Kinkade. Jude and Zero's working relationship soon evolves into a sexual and then romantic one, which continues for two seasons until the series was cancelled by VH1 in 2016.
