Alafan is a district of the Simeulue Regency on Simeulue in the Indonesian province of Aceh. [2] At the 2010 Census it had a total population of 4,479 people, [3] which by mid 2023 had gropwn to an officially estimated total of 5,154. [1]

Aceh Jaya Regency is a regency of Aceh Province of Indonesia. It is located on the west side of the island of Sumatra. The regency covers an area of 3,893 square kilometres and had a population of 76,782 people at the 2010 census, 86,368 at the 2015 census and 93,159 at the 2020 Census, of whom 47,264 were male and 45,895 female; the official estimate as at mid 2022 was 96,028. The seat of the Regency is at Calang, in Krueng Sabee District. The main crops grown in the Regency are rice, rambutan, durian, orange, water melon, rubber, palm and coconut oil.

Aceh Singkil Regency is a regency in the Aceh province of Indonesia. It is situated largely on the island of Sumatra, but also includes the offshore Banyak Islands, the largest of which is Tuangku, with the principal town of Alaban. The regency was created on 20 April 1999 from the former southern districts of South Aceh Regency. Until 2007 it included the large town of Subulussalam, but on 2 January of that year that town was split off to become an autonomous city. The seat of the Aceh Singkil Regency government is at the port of Singkil on the Sumatra coast. The Regency now covers an area of 1,857.88 km2, and had a population of 102,509 at the 2010 Census, rising to 114,326 at the 2015 Census and to 126,514 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 135,435.

Southwest Aceh Regency is a regency in the Aceh Province of Indonesia. The regency was created on 10 April 2002 from the northwestern districts of South Aceh Regency. It is located on the west side of the island of Sumatra. The regency covers an area of 1,882.99 square kilometres and according to the 2010 census had a population of 126,036; this rose to 140,366 at the 2015 Census, and to 150,775 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2022 was 155,046. The Simeulue language is spoken by the Simeulue people of Simeulue off the western coast of Sumatra, Indonesia.

Salang is a district of the Simeulue Regency on Simeulue island in the Indonesian province of Aceh. At the 2010 Census it had a total population of 7,625 people, which by mid 2023 had increased to 9,222.

Simeulue Barat is a district of the Simeulue Regency on Simeulue in the Indonesian province of Aceh. At the 2010 Census it had a total population of 10,024 people, which by mid 2023 had grown to an officially estimate total of 12,302.

Simeulue Tengah is a district of the Simeulue Regency on Simeulue island in the Indonesian province of Aceh. At the 2010 Census it had a total population of 9,010 people, living in 1,930 households in 2005. Following the splitting off of eight villages (kampong) to form a separate Simeulue Cut district in 2012, the reduced Simeulue Tengah District covers 112.48 km2 and had a population of 7,647 in mid 2023.

Simeulue Timur is a district of the Simeulue Regency on Simeulue island in the Indonesian province of Aceh. At the 2010 census, it had a total population of 28,931 people, living in 4,334 households in 2005. In 2020, after being reduced in 2012, it covered 175.97 km2 and had a population of 27,569 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 28,830.

Teluk Dalam is a district of the Simeulue Regency on Simeulue island in the Indonesian province of Aceh. At the 2010 Census it had a total population of 5,091 people, which by mid 2023 had increased to 5,709.

Teupah Selatan is a district (Kecamatan) of the Simeulue Regency on Simeulue island in the Indonesian province of Aceh. As of 2020 it had a total population of 9,030 people. while the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 9,444.

Teupah Barat is a district of the Simeulue Regency on Simeulue island in the Indonesian province of Aceh. As at mid 2023 it had an officially estimated population of 8,378.
