AFL Women's (AFLW) is Australia's national semi-professional Australian rules football league for female players. The first season of the league in February and March 2017 had eight teams; the league expanded to 10 teams in the 2019 season, 14 teams in 2020 and 18 teams in 2022. Caulfield was drafted by Fremantle with their tenth selection and seventy-seventh overall in the 2016 AFL Women's draft. She made her debut in the thirty-two point loss to the Western Bulldogs at VU Whitten Oval in the opening round of the 2017 season. She played the first two matches of the year before missing the round three match against Greater Western Sydney. She returned for the round four match against Adelaide and played every match for the remainder of the year apart from the last round of the season, and finished with five matches. In March 2022, Caulfield retired to focus on work and travel.
Beatrice Devlyn is an Australian rules footballer who played for the Fremantle Football Club in the AFL Women's competition. Devlyn was recruited by Fremantle as an injury replacement player in January 2017. She made her debut in the twenty-three point loss to Adelaide at Fremantle Oval in round four of the 2017 season. She played the next week before she was omitted for the round six match against Carlton to finish with two matches for the season. She was delisted at the end of the 2017 season. She was subsequently re-drafted as a rookie by Fremantle with pick No. 16 in the 2017 rookie draft.

In August 2020, McGuire was delisted by West Coast.

Webb was drafted by Fremantle with their final selection, 85th overall, in the 2019 AFL Women's draft after playing for Swan Districts in the West Australian Women's Football League (WAWFL). It was announced she re-signed with the Dockers on 5 June 2021. In March 2023, Webb was delisted by Fremantle.

The West Coast Eagles are an Australian rules football team based in Perth, Western Australia. The 2022 AFL Women's season, which started in January 2021, is their third season in the competition. At the end of the 2021 season, West Coast delisted 10 players, gained a player via trade, a player via restricted free agency and five players at the 2021 AFL Women's draft. 2021 coach Daniel Pratt was replaced with Michael Prior, after Pratt resigned from the role.
Charlotte "Charlie" Thomas is an Australian rules footballer. She was selected by the West Coast Eagles with pick 3 in the 2021 AFL Women's draft, and made her debut in round 1 of the 2022 AFL Women's season.
Sarah Lakay is an Australian rules footballer playing for the West Coast Eagles in the AFL Women's (AFLW). Lakay was recruited by the Eagles with the 40th pick in the 2021 AFL Women's draft. She also plays basketball.
