Andrew Peck (born 3 July 1973, in New Zealand) is a New Zealand kickboxer. He is the 2010 WMC Super Heavyweight Intercontinental Champion. [1]

Biography

Originally from Auckland, New Zealand Andrew Peck began training Muaythai at the age of 18. One year later, he added karate to his strengths. Peck moved to Japan to live and train. He worked his way through the amateur ranks of kickboxing and karate until his impressive professional debut in 2000 when he won the K-1 New Zealand Grand Prix by three first-round knockouts.

In his next tournament, the K-1 World Grand Prix 2002 Preliminary Melbourne, Peck made it to the semi-finals only to be beaten by Mark Hunt. He bounced back by winning the WKBF South Pacific Super Heavyweight Kickboxing Championship in 2001. In 2002, he made his K-1 Japan debut. By 2004 he was the WMC New Zealand Super Heavyweight title holder and decided to retire only to return to the K-1 circuit in 2006. Still living up to his nickname he won the K-1 Kings of Oceania title in 2007.

He is married and has two children.

Adam Keith Watt is an Australian former boxer and kickboxer. He has studied kickboxing, Seido-kaikan karate, and boxing. His nickname was "Lights Out" because of his high level karate and boxing skills, and one punch knock out power. He has won many world kickboxing titles, and reached as high as 10th in the highly respected World Boxing Council's & World Boxing Organisation's Cruiserweight ratings. In 2000, he challenged WBO cruiserweight champion Johnny Nelson for his title. Watt holds the notable distinction of being the first athlete to fight for world Karate, kickboxing and boxing titles.

Azem Maksutaj is a former kickboxer who competed in the lightweight, welterweight, middleweight, super middleweight, light heavyweight, cruiserweight and heavyweight divisions. He originates from Kosovo but relocated to Switzerland at an early age where he began training in Muay Thai at fifteen. After capturing the Swiss national title at lightweight during his first year of competition in 1992, he then went on to win European and world honours 1994 while fighting around the 77 kg super middleweight mark. The late 1990s saw Maksutaj move between light heavyweight and cruiserweight, taking five world titles in those divisions, before eventually making the jump to heavyweight in 2001 where he spent the remainder of his career, acting as a journeyman in the K-1 promotion while also winning another four world titles.

Xhavit Bajrami is an Albanian-Swiss former kickboxer who competed in the heavyweight division.
