Angel Bolques Jr. was born on February 2,1978,on the island of St. Croix,in the United States Virgin Islands. He completed his high school education at Ivanna Eudora Kean High School on St. Thomas,where he was recognized for his academic dedication and leadership qualities. In pursuit of higher education,Bolques attended various institutions,studying Business Administration,Graphic Arts,and Communications. Angel Bolques Jr. has served as a Senator-At-Large in the Legislature of the Virgin Islands since July 2022,where he has focused on legislative policy and advocacy for the islands. Prior to this role,he was a Legislative Researcher for Senator Marvin A. Blyden during the 34th Legislature,a position he held for two years. His work involved in-depth analysis of legislative initiatives,ensuring that the laws and policies crafted were in the best interests of Virgin Islanders.
