Anwar Hadi Ramli is a playwright and actor who has appeared in several TV films and theatre productions since 2000. [1] He appeared in the 2008 Kallang Roar the Movie as Gelek King Dollah Kassim in Singapore national football team of the 1970s. He is currently working in theatre. In 2017, his play, The (Assumed) Vicious Cycle of a (Melayu) Youth, won the Best Theatre Script at the Anugerah Persuratan (Malay Literary Awards) by the Malay Language Council of Singapore. Malays are an Austronesian ethnic group native to the eastern Sumatra, Malay Peninsula and coastal Borneo, as well as the smaller islands that lie between these locations — areas that are collectively known as the Malay world. These locations are today part of the countries of Malaysia, Indonesia, southern part of Thailand, Singapore and Brunei Darussalam.

Pantun is a Malay oral poetic form used to express intricate ideas and emotions. It is generally consists of even-numbered lines and based on ABAB rhyming schemes. The shortest pantun consists of two lines better known as the pantun dua kerat in Malay, while the longest pantun, the pantun enam belas kerat have 16 lines. Pantun is a disjunctive form of poetry which always come in two parts, the first part being the prefatory statement called pembayang or sampiran that has no immediate logical or the narrative connection with the second or closing statement called maksud or isi. However, they are always connected by the rhymes and other verbal associations, such as puns and repeating sounds. There is also an oblique but necessary relationship and the first statement often turns out to be a metaphor for the second one. The most popular form of pantun is the quatrain, and the couplet (two-lines), which both featured prominently in the literature and modern popular culture.

The manuscript begin with the stories of Wan Malini and Wan Empuk whom was presented with 3 adopted princes right after when their rice fields was magically expelling gold. These 3 princes was later mark as the kickstart for the next 3 big empires in Malay Archipelago. Those empires were the Kingdom of Majapahit, The Malacca Sultanate and the Pagaruyung Kingdom around the 12th century.

Perikatan Nasional Political coalition in Malaysia

The National Alliance is a political coalition composed of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU), Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS), Homeland Solidarity Party, Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) and later Parti Gerakan Rakyat Malaysia (GERAKAN). The establishment of this party was induced by the Muhyiddin cabinet on 10 March 2020. This coalition previously preceded by the Malaysian Party Alliance Association or also known as the Persatuan Perikatan Parti Malaysia (PPPM) after rebranding process. This party later was legalised and confirmed by Registrar of Society (RoS) as a 'political coalition party' known as Perikatan Nasional (National Alliance). As of 13 August 2021, Perikatan Nasional controls 50 seats, with support of another 4 independent MPs. The coalition was the ruling government of Malaysia from March 2020 to August 2021.

Dr Syed Husin Ali is a retired academic and politician who served as president of the left-wing Parti (Sosialis) Rakyat Malaysia. He is also a prominent political detainee, who was held for six years without trial under Malaysia's Internal Security Act, from 1974 to 1980. Following the merger of Parti Rakyat Malaysia with Parti Keadilan Nasional, he held the position of deputy president of the merged entity Parti Keadilan Rakyat from 2003 to 2010. He also served two terms in Malaysia's Senate from 2009 to 2015.
