Anxious Masuka

Anxious Jongwe Masuka is a Zimbabwean politician and member of the Emmerson Mnangagwa cabinet. He was appointed to oversee the Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Water and Rural Resettlement in August 2020 after the previous minister Perrance Shiri died. [1] [2]

Prior to entering politics, Masuka worked as the chief executive officer of the Zimbabwe Agricultural Society. [3] Masuka has also worked as a lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe, at Zimbabwe's Forestry Commission and the Tobacco Research Board, where he was the general manager. [4]

Elson Moyo is a Zimbabwean air officer and military general who serves as commander of the Air Force of Zimbabwe since December 2017 and one of the main figures in the 2017 Zimbabwean coup d'état attempt. He was previously deputy commander of the air force. At the time he was appointed air force commander, Moyo's military rank was upgraded from air vice-marshal to air marshal by President Emmerson Mnangagwa. In 2003 he was promoted from air commodore to air vice-marshal by former president Robert Mugabe.

The Cabinet of Zimbabwe is the executive body that forms the government of Zimbabwe together with the President of Zimbabwe. The Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) is a government ministry responsible for agriculture in Zimbabwe, including the management of agricultural land use, but not land reform. Dr Anxious Jongwe Masuka is the incumbent Minister of Lands, Agriculture and Rural Resettlement, having been appointed on 14 August 2020. Currently, the deputy ministers are Douglas Karoro and Vangelis Haritatos. The ministry is located in Harare.

July Moyo is a Zimbabwean parliamentarian and member of Zanu-PF. He has been a member of cabinet in both Robert Mugabe and Emmerson Mnangagwa governments. Moyo is currently the Minister of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing.

Prisca Mupfumira, or Priscah Mupfumira, is a Zimbabwean politician and former government minister under President Robert Mugabe. When the President was replaced by Emmerson Mnangagwa, she was the first serving ZANU–PF minister to be arrested for corruption.

Obadiah Moyo is a Zimbabwean politician and former hospital administrator. In 2018, he was appointed the country's Minister of Health and Child Care. After spending the night in police cells, he posted $50,000.00 bail. On 7 July 2020, the President of Zimbabwe, Emmerson Mnangagwa dismissed Moyo from the office of cabinet minister, removing him for "conduct inappropriate for a Government Minister".

Rajeshkumar Indukant Modi is a Zimbabwean businessman and politician. He is serving as deputy minister of industry and commerce and as a member of the National Assembly of Zimbabwe for Bulawayo South since September 2018. He is a member of ZANU–PF.

Tsitsi Veronica Muzenda is a Zimbabwean politician, senator of Midlands Province and daughter of the former Vice-President of Zimbabwe, Simon Muzenda.
